Warning do not use! This company doesn’t even deserve 1star. Non receipt goods, rubbish customer service and nearly 2 months later I am still awaiting a refund. I have spent so many hours chasing and following up - I think that must be their business tactic, they hope eventually you’ll just give up wasting time chasing them and they get to pocket your hard earned cash. Sad thing about this whole sorry affair is this isn’t even my money - this was my teen daughter, they have stolen from a child. What kind of business does that? Avoid at all costs …

I was a bit nervous ordering as I had read the reviews and they wasn’t great but I have to say I received the jewelry exactly as it looked in the pictures and it doesn’t look or feel plastic at all the quality is very good

Do not use this company!
I ordered a bracelet that the courier they used left outside a closed business on a Sunday in an unsafe area to do so. The parcel was not there the Monday morning and nearly a month later I am still fighting for a refund. The only communication I am getting when I have to keep chasing is that they are still looking into it. Unacceptable.

This is a scam, please be aware… I purchased 3 bracelets over 5 weeks ago… kept emailing them and they kept saying it’s on the way!!! Now they are re-branding to Maison… I’m going take legal action as it’s a fraud

Extremely poor quality and damaged good received twice and then dorm even issue u refund . Extremely poor packaging and no cushioning in. Recedes broken rusted pieces twice . And no money back guarantee

Terrible company - posing as UK based, but are China, cheap products. Rebranding now so watch out. Luckily I lodged a claim with my credit card and they have refunded.

Would rate it zero if I could. Ordered size 21cm, wrong size 18cm received. Was offered a replacement, told keep the initial, replacement I had to pay 9 euros, then it turns up again not the correct size. Totally pissed. It’s a scam, don’t purchase from this company

This company is an absolute scam. They have rebranded to avoid law suits. I know because I am currently raising one against them. Their new name is Aurelian London. They send cheap rubbish from China then try to deny legal responsibility by saying their store policy is in place. I am pursuing them legally because they chose the wrong person to scam unfortunately. So new name is Aurelian London. Best believe i’ll be leaving a review when they open a new trust pilot however I am sure they will just keep “rebranding” to try and dodge the legal trouble they’re in 😂😂

I was sent a completely different item to what was advertised on their website and was told colour varies, it wasn’t just colour it was not the same item. Was told I need to return at my own cost to china which I’m not going to do.
Please avoid this company at all cost, terrible customer service, false advertising and poor quality products. They are apparently rebranding so have disappeared from social media !

Poor customer service. Took ages to arrive. Claimed to be based in UK but shipped from China. Overpriced for the quality. After wearing twice my bracelet turned faded and discoloured despite being ‘waterproof and tarnish free’
Company now seems to be trading under a different name of aurelianlondon , when i contacted them they appear to be rebranding to masion maple now:.. i will be leaving another review there to warn people once theres the option to do so.

Do not buy this cheap jewellery!! It comes from China and takes ages to arrive. When it does arrive it is packaged in plastic bags and looks and feels super cheap. I tried to get a refund and was told to return it to China at my own cost! It has tarnished after only wearing once. Even buy one get one free it is vastly overpriced. Do not buy!

Terrible company. Shipping takes ages. They ship from China despite every page on their website showing that they’re from the UK. Jewellery in plastic bags and Jiffy bags.
Cheap cheap products. I’ve got better quality for a fraction of the cost from Shein. Only accept returns if you as a buyer pays postage to China.
SCAM WILL BE REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS
They are apparently ‘rebranding’ and have disappeared from all social media - obviously too many bad reviews!!

I ordered 4 weeks ago, it arrived on Thursday. One bracelet broken. Looks cheap, feels cheap too. It's from china. I've had an email that this company are re branding so buy carefully. If I could leave a zero star review I would.

waited weeks for jewellery that looked nothing like the pictures, it arrived in plastic bags which for £30 i was surprised at. The quality is worse than shein. When i asked to return it they said i’d need to pay for postage back to their supplier in china, they have no UK base and no customer service at all. i’m now pursuing a chargeback with my bank, they are scammers. Don’t waste your money.

£27.85 for £3 junk from China. 3 weeks waited for delivery. Photo is completely misleading. Wish i looked at other reviews before buying, everyone saying the same thing.
£13.50 to return, which they will not cover costs so not even worth sending back. I ordered the pink gold bracelet with the matching earrings, and the earrings came a completly different colour, so not a matching set. Chelsea Charm will not do anything to resolve this issue.

If i could give 0 stars I would, had no idea the bracelets were coming from China, waited 18 days only for it not to fit. I ordered a size 21 ive been sent size 16, the plastic bag doesn't have the size on it, I did order from a similar company not knowing it was from China and they also sent size 16. Very disappointed as the bracelets are actually nice(knock off) but lovely. Unless I lose 10st they are not fitting anytime soon.

Do not order from this site jewellery is cheap looking nothing like pictures and nobody gets back to you when you try to contact customer service

I bought my bracelets on the 13th of May and i was slightly sceptical as i found the company through an instagram ad however i took the risk an bought 4 bracelets. They sent me all my shipping info and tracking and for a few days it didn't update until about three days later it started to update regularly. I then got a bit scared as when it arrived in the uk it said there was a problem with my address and needed more details so i sent them an Email in which they responded quickley and helped me with my issue. That was around 6 days ago and my package was delivered today. Overall i am happy with my purchases and the customer service was helpful however one of my bracelets (van cleef inspired one) is quite plasticky and not great quality.
