Ordered two hoodies, received one in a different size than requested. Asked for a return and wanted a prepaid shipping label. They said for me to cover postage of return and they would reimburse me. Almost £5 to send it back tracked. Had a notification saying it had been delivered. Few days go by and someone emailed me saying they sent the right size out instead of processing a refund plus reimbursement of shipping. Have received the hoodie I no longer want and now unsurprisingly non responsive to getting a reimbursement of return cost. Absolute sham of a company. The return address is a home address and not a company address so hopefully can take it further with the ombudsman as I now have their personal information. If the company looks at this, my order number is Order #1680. It's not the money, it's the principle.

Terrible seems like a scam website.
Ordered jacket no delivery update just says confirmed for 3 weeks now. No reply from emails no answer on dodgy mobile phone number registered. Company is registered to some flats which are church Court.no actual shop

Ordered 5 Asquith polo shirts. After 2 weeks, 2 could not be worn due to shrinkage.

Contacted various people in customer service, Steve, Sammy, main email address, not one of them helped to resolve.

Avoid this company and this brand.

Boots took about 2 weeks to be delivered and when they came one had insoles the other had no insoles… very very uncomfortable without the insoles… shocking service overall very disappointed!!!!!!

The fleece I ordered arrived with a faulty zip. I have sent 3 emails enquiring about returning the item and asking for a refund.
Up to date I have had no reply.
Customer service obviously doesn't exist.

I bought a school uniform. Very fast delivery. 5 stars.

Appalling service. I bought a hoodie for my daughter, waited a week, no messages to say it’s been dispatched, emailed twice and got no reply. Finally waiting on a refund which I assume will also take an utter age if I ever get it all.

Purchased some painting and decorating bib and brace overalls they did not arrive,sent a email to customer service no reply so now I am x amount out of pocket and have no idea how to gain a refund because nobody answers emails.
One of the worst companies I have ever used.

Items not delivered. Poor response. Finally issued a refund but then PayPal said it hasn't gone through and to contact company who annoyingly won't reply again.

I would avoid at all costs.

The timing of the delivery and the item was as expected, would defo recommend to others :-)
