I purchased a Chefman Cafeinator. After only a couple of weeks it started malfunctioning. The low water light quite working and now I get an error indicator and the clean light stays on all the time. I contacted Chessman 3-17-26 and to this day have not had a response.
Bought two hot water urns
Bought two hot water urns. One was broken from day one. Other broke nine months later. After waiting a few months for customer service to get to me, I had to jump through hoops to get my claim acknowledged. After all of that, they offered to replace my item with one some what similar, that lacked any features, was half the size, and cost half the price!
HORRIBLE
Well, I received a Chefman electric griddle as a gift in AUGUST of 2025. Immediately when opening I noticed the most important part of the griddle was missing, THE ELECTIC CORD!!!! I have called over 2 dozen times, not ever reaching anybody! I have emailed several times and the solution still hasn't been resolved! It is 2/24/2026!!!! 7, yes SEVEN months without a solution!!! Really? This company will never EVER get any orders from me, my family or my friends. This is the epitome of HORRIBLE customer "service". They didn't have a negative 5 rating or they would have gotten one.
Defective Product + Zero Customer Service
I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer support.
My Chefman air fryer is only four months old and is already completely inoperable. An appliance used in a normal household should not fail this quickly. I submitted a warranty claim over a week ago and have received zero updates, zero acknowledgment, and no timeline for resolution.
To make matters worse, I tried calling customer support and waited on hold for over 45 minutes without ever reaching a representative.
At this point, the bigger issue isn’t just the defective unit, it’s the complete lack of responsiveness. A warranty only has value if the company stands behind it.
Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend Chefman products. Save your time and money and buy from a better brand!
Extremely Poor Customer Support
I purchased a Chefman air fryer and unfortunately needed customer support. I raised a ticket on December 28. As of February 18, I still have not received any response.
I have sent multiple follow-up emails and have received no reply, no acknowledgment, and no resolution. It has now been over seven weeks without any communication.
I cannot recommend a brand that does not respond to customers when assistance is needed.
Non responsive Customer service
Within days of receiving the Chefman twin air fryer the removable grids safety tabs(designed I guess to stop the non stick being damaged when taking out for cleaning) fell off. I sent a request for replacement tabs,no response,so I sent a follow up request again no response. Meanwhile another 3 have fallen off .looking at other replies,it would seem their customer service is non existent.
So far the appliance is working fine,but the reviews I have looked at do not seem very heartening that it will continue to do so
Chefman coffee maker okay but clunky
I purchased a Chefman coffee maker the day my trusty Cuisinart finally crapped out. I was getting ready for the day, so I just had it bought at Costco and delivered by Instacart. It’s clunky to link my purchase from Instacart to Costco, so I’m reviewing here.
The machine works fine- makes good enough coffee. BUT the way they engineered it is rather annoying.
1) You can’t flip the lid up on the carafe, so you have to remove it completely to fill it back up. I’d just leave it on, but the hole isn’t big enough. Also, it’s got a cheap “locking” mechanism that you have to line up to take on and off.
2) You can’t flip the lid up on the machine, itself. I have to take it off completely in order to fill the tank.
3) The plastic feels kinda cheap.
I’ll keep it and use it until it wears out. But I wish I’d known these issues. Not a huge deal, but annoying when you’re rushing around.
Complete faults advertising and will not work with their customers
I will never order anything from this company again. They are absolutely scams, false advertising, I ordered this through Walmart website will never order anything anything from this company again
Registering for the warranty they require a review.
I opened the packaging saw the warranty card filled out the warranty. Now they require a review. So far is I've opened the box and found the warranty card. That experience was adequate.
They make this my review required. As I submit this to their site, I don't imagine they will post this publicly, so I will copy and paste this to their website through Google.

Ich habe vor einigen Wochen bei Amazon eine Heißluftfritteuse der Fa. Chefman gekauft. Nach 4-5maliger Nutzung war sie defekt (Start-Schaltfläche erschien nicht mehr auf dem Display, somit funktionsuntüchtig). Also wandte ich mich an Amazon, die mir sagten, ich möge mich direkt mit Chefman in Verbindung setzen, was ich umgehend per Mail tat. Es vergingen einige Wochen ohne Reaktion. Nachdem ich erneut an die Bearbeitung der Angelegenheit erinnert hatte, bekam ich eine freundliche Rückmeldung von einer Mitarbeiterin von Chefman, ich möge doch bitte das Gerät mit dem Label fotografieren und ein Video von dem Defekt drehen (!). In meiner ersten Mail hatte ich den Defekt natürlich - sehr ausführlich - beschrieben.
Nun gut, ich tat wie gewünscht, und schickte das Foto sowie das von mir gedrehte Video, letzteres ging aber nicht durch, was Chefman dann auch mitteilte. Nach einigem Hin und Her und weiteren Versuchen meinerseits - alle vergeblich - bat ich darum, die Angelegenheit nunmehr final zu regeln, auch ohne Video, da davon die Schadensregulierung ja nicht abhängen konnte.
Daraufhin hörte ich wochenlang, trotz mehrerer Erinnerungen, nichts mehr von Chefman, sie reagierten einfach nicht mehr, auch nicht, als ich mit rechtlichen Schritten drohte - null Reaktion…
Mittlerweile waren schon gut zwei Monate seit dem Kauf vergangen.
Ich wandte mich daraufhin erneut an Amazon und schilderte einem Mitarbeiter telefonisch die Situation. Er notierte sich alles und gab an, dass er sich wieder melden würde.
Einen Tag später(!!) erhielt ich eine Mail, dass ich das defekte Gerät zurückschicken solle, dann würde mir der Kaufpreis erstattet.
Das habe ich zwei Tage später gemacht, und weitere zwei Tage später war der Kaufpreis auf meinem Konto eingegangen…!
Fazit:
Das Verhalten der Fa. Chefman grenzt in meinen Augen schon an Betrug, vor allem in Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass es sich ja um einen Garantiefall gehandelt hat - von der minderwertige Ware einmal ganz abgesehen…
Ein solches Verhalten ist mit „Frechheit“ noch viel zu positiv beschrieben!
Ich kann nur jedem raten, die Finger von Artikeln der Fa. Chefman zu lassen, wenn er nicht genauso über den Tisch gezogen werden möchte, wie es mir passiert ist!
Ein Stern ist mindestens drei Sterne zuviel!!!
Lying scam company with little or no customer svc
Bought an airfryer off Amazon...within 2 months the non-stick was bubbling up and coming off now the drawer rocker switch is on the way out as well. The problem is their non existent build quality and customer service. I am reporting them to trading standards in the UK as they have a UK office and they constantly lie about a replacement drawer being on the way. I am also going to complain to Amazon about them
Bought a Chefman kettle
Bought a Chefman kettle, which had useful features like a rebuild. However, the kettle developed a leak where the glass meets the metal. Sent an email to their customer service email address on 1st October 2025, which was acknowledged, and stated I would hear within 5-7 days. Well we're now on 19th October, and there's been no further contact.
Having read the other reviews, it looks like I won't hear from them again.
Very poor customer and product.
Can't get a hold of the company to replace the air fryer. Sent email waited 7 days and no hear. So I tried calling on 7 Oct only to get a recording they were closed for the holidays. What holiday. I believe customers are being taken my next stop is the better business bureau. My warning don't buy anything Chefman is connected to as poor products and very poor customer service

Bought a microwave didn't last 2 months, airfryer less than a year. I barely used tge airfryer. They won't honor the warranty for either dont waste your money.
Customer service runaround then silence
I ordered a blender and it arrived non-functioning. I asked for a replacement. Customer service (who introduced themselves as "my case manager, Phoebe") requested a ridiculous amount of information (video and photographs in specific forms) which I supplied. They then became non-responsive and haven't replied after numerous follow-ups by me.
Buyer Beware
I ordered a Turbo air fryer and inside I found cooked crumbs on the grill, bottom of the grill and in the are where the basket goes. This is disgusting and unacceptable!

I received an espresso machine as a xmas gift. It worked beautifully for 5 months and then suddenly quit working. We have submitted a replacement request, as it was well within the 1 year warranty. We followed all instructions, sent videos and received an email confirming they had received our complaint...3+ months later and we have not heard a peep. Subsequent contacts with customer service have been unanswered.
Chefman frother is non funtioning
I bought a frother wand from Kroger and it works great for about 5-10 seconds, then the wand part falls off into my drink and I am left holding the handle.

I had an issue with a Kettle purchased from Amazon on March 2025. It stopped working over a week ago, and i submitted a warranty request online, got an email confirmation : "Chefman Support advises you to expect a response within 5-7 business days for your case #xxxxxxx, and to avoid sending multiple follow-up messages to ensure prompt handling." I've been waiting over 2 weeks w/o getting response. I called them and was on hold for over 2 hours- really? No luck, but than I tried a virtual assistance, and after 15 mins waiting i got an agent on line. She war really nice, and was able to help me. I need to send a non-working kettle back in order them to send me a new one even after I submitted two video showing it doesn't work. Good that they sent me a prepaid shipping label. They promised to sent a replacement in 14 days after the broken kettle is received. That's good, but i already without the product for over 2 weeks, and now I need to wait another 3 weeks for a new one.
To summarize, the products are not really good, but the price is compatible. Service itself can be better, but the customer service reps are really willing to help.

The Air Fryer- CHEFMAN...NOOOO
The Air Fryer, RJ50-M, malfunctioned within a year of it's warranty expired (one year). I called Cutomer Support to get Technical Support, got a recording telling me I qualified for a $100 gift card (for Chefman products), and to press any key. There was no way to get to TS, so I pressed. I person I got began by saying a qualified the the gift, and started asking for my info. I responded by saying I was not interested, and asked to be connected to TS. He told me their line was down and started to ask for info. I said I was not interested, and he rudely hung up. So I went online, wrote my question seeking TS, pressed send which crashed. Tried again and successfully sent my question. I got a response that their q was loaded, and I could expect a response in 5-7 business days. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM CHEFMAN...and neither should you.
