I've been making chocolate for a few years now. This course was good for me to get back to good working practise as sometimes you pick up all the bad habits without realising. The ganache calculator was good to help reduce waste.

Hans evne til å forklare & vise grundig og nøye i sine online kurs, om hvorfor man skal gjøre slik eller slik - bedre instruktør har eg aldri oppølevd. Oppskriftene hans får mye skryt, når dei blir servert i ein pralin. Er så takknemlig for at han deler av sin kunskap, og kurs prisene er himla gode ifht alt man lærer.
I love the courses!
I began making chocolate bonbons about a year ago – but it was when I bought both courses from Chef Jungstedt this summer that my work really started getting good. They're so good! I've learnt so much, and solved problems I didn't even knew I had. And everyone loves what I make based on the recipes in the courses. So thank you – and I hope to see you on a live course one day. Until then I'm continuing to learn more from the online courses!
One of the best...
Though I have never had any chocolates made by Chef Junstedt I have taken several of his on-line classes and purchased his recipes. Both were well worth the money. He is quite dedicated to his craft, always improving his products and classes. I would recommend his classes, recipes or chocolate without hesitation.

Great tasting recipes, with really good in depth knowledge. Fillings course is full of knowledge aswell. Great dude with great products
Give your brain a rest and just take the course
Chef Jungstedt is an amazing teacher. All his courses or recipes are so reasonably priced and I sincerely recommend to anyone who want to make chocolate. The shelf life of his recipes are amazing and he constantly updates everything he has put out so far. If you want the best bang for your buck you got it here. He is super detailed in his explanations and he even has single recipes so you can see what it’s all about. He’s like the chef that wrote the cook book in ratatouille “Everyone can make chocolate” lol. Delicious, beautiful, and trustworthy.

The cinnamon bunbon and citrus cheesecake recipes are the most comprehensive booklets you could possibly wish for. You don't only get measurements and some sparse instructions. You get techniques, detailed explanations, numerous alterations and creative ideas. Don't walk, run - if you are into chocolate making, you need them all.

I found the chef's very clear and concise way of explaining himself, refreshing and therefore quite easy to learn. I like very much the Chocolate Alteration Sheet. That is a winner. And thanks for the Ganache Calculator. Very generous of you to share Chef.
