The main problem is that the blood quantity 600ml is a lot and only 2 lanzetten are not enough cause the blood stops flowing fast and you only get some drops out....

Guter Kundendienst, kulante Lösung
Kit schnell erhalten. Alles gut erklärt. Das selbst verursachte Problem bei der Probeentnahme wurde durch Kundendienst speditiv und professionell bearbeitet und mit einer kulanten Lösung zur vollen Zufriedenheit abgeschlossen.

Before I got the test Kit, I got several mail's with "happy to have you"- let's say: way to many mail's. Just a waste of electrons.
OK, I got the Kit, did the registration, took the samples and send them right away.
Suprisingly, no mail about income of samples at laboratory. Then almost a full day, the login from supplier was not available. After this, login was working properly and stable.
I've seen, test was sceduled for 13th of may. No information by mail about status, about why it's delayed. Why it's hanging on "medizinische Kontrolle" for days now.
So if you kick my ass with trash mail just to get a 5 Star ranking, please also inform my by mail about the important things- or stop kicking my mailbox. Meanwhile I took a test at the nursery. Result was in after a day. Was way easier and cheaper.

You're absolutely right: if we can send onboarding messages, we should certainly ensure that updates about the important steps – such as sample reception, analysis status, or delays – are communicated just as clearly. We’re currently reviewing our notification system to make sure our clients receive timely, relevant updates throughout the entire testing journey.
As for the delay in your results, the "medizinische Kontrolle" phase involves a quality and plausibility check by certified professionals to ensure the accuracy of the report. While this can occasionally take longer depending on test complexity, we should have kept you informed.

Die Blutentnahme ist sehr umständlich und alleine kaum zu bewältigen. Die Bluttropfen in das Gläschen zu bringen ist ohne Hilfe unmöglich.

They sent the material fast
They sent the material fast, the procedure was well-explained in the papers (make sure you read everything in advance, a day before you take the samples, because you have to get them to the post office on the same day). And the results came back sooner than I thought.

Nul... les explications sont inutile car on y comprend rien du tout. On va à l'hôpital ca coûte 70% moins cher et pas de risque que le test soit raté..
Gaspillage d'argent. A éviter à tout prix
Chez HUG le prix est de 110chf vih et IST. Chez Check your Health en plus d'être compliqué, le prix est presque de 270chf.
J'espère que ca vous suffit car pour moi mon commentaire est tout à fait éligible. Il ne suffit pas de dire non éligible pour que ca en fasse une contre vérité..

Vous n'avez jamais contacté notre helpline pour quelconque question ou demande d'information. De plus, nous serions intéressé de savoir comment pourriez vous avoir un tarif de 70% de rabais sachant que vous devez payer l'établissement de consultation en plus de analyses et chez nous vous n'avez que les analyses. Nous vous serions plus que reconnaissant de bien vouloir nous donner un retour afin de pouvoir améliorer notre service, car selon nous ce commentaire n'est pas éligible.
