Words can't describe how pointless this company is
To be honest I don't actually think this company is real. I ordered a sink.... Didn't come, nobody rang me to tell me it wasn't coming an when I spoke to someone they told me I had to ring a number and see when I would be getting it. First of all thats not my job to be chasing my item I have actually paid for. So I rang again and somebody totally different answered and said it would take another week because it's a large item. Since when is a sink a large item compared to other bathroom furniture.... Absolute joke of a company. Also the number on the website doesn't ring through. Dodgy if you ask me. Also the company isn't checkmart.uk it's called checkmate on the website

I placed an order on October and never got my items.. been trying to contact and sending emails but no one ever replied to me.. its a scam market, nothing else i can say

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! I placed an order the 17th Aug and still waiting. I have to ask for the refund and buy the items in other websites. If you need to buy something, don’t expect the delivery within 3-5 days as normally. Def not a good experience!

I wanted a bloody refund because my product was damaged. I also stated that I will return the boxes. But when I requested that I kept getting ignored and even though I showed proof. Which shows you don't care about your customers.

Good customer service
Ordered two curprinol paints but one was missing from the package. I contacted them and I could tell it was an honest mistake. The advisor checked stock levels and the missing paint was out of stock, so they refunded me cost of missing paint plus delivery cost. Cheers 👍
