Once you have found what you are looking for we direct you to the relevant company to make your booking. Therefor we have no insight in your booking details.
If you have not yet received your booking confirmation a great place to start looking is in your email junk folder, just in case it’s hiding in there.
If not then we would recommend checking your bank statement to see which company name is next to the transaction.
This will be the company you need to contact for assistance and ask for your booking confirmation.

I made an error on booking for my son…
I made an error on booking for my son to come visit me over Christmas and called the call center to please help me to change the dates from Nov to Dec.. the lady name Khanyi was absolutly BRILLIANT. "Thank you Khanyi" for your gentle and most helpful support via telephonic... We need more of you in customer services... she was so patience with me. Although the flight now cost me a R1200 more it is well worth having my son with me for Christmas... Thank You FlySafair you rock

STORY FOR THE CONSUMER'S BOARD
I received an email with prices and did a booking for the R592 from Cape Town to East London. When I reached the last page to do the payment the final price was R2100 (and I did check not to choose any extras). I phoned the number on the screen but the lady could not understand my query and then I send them an email but still did not get any reply EXCEPT for further "specials". Very disgusted and I do have a screenshot and are going to take this matter to the consumer's board.

Advertised rates are a sham
I logged onto cheapflights and found a return flight from Jhb to George on the internet. The flight was advertised at R13??.??. When I wanted to book the flight i continuously got a error message. I continued trying but to no avail. Eventually the same flight was advertised at R18?? again. Again, when I wanted to pay for the booking I was blocked again by the Cheap Flights website. Again for about an hour. I even called their Customer Care but also got no joy from them. Eventually the only flight I could get was offered at R28??.00 It seems that Cheap flights advertise at cheap prices but when a booking is made they block all payments just to up the price. This is clearly a sham to get bookings but then they do not honor their advertising.
