Die Tagestour mit Melati unserem Tourguide war einfach großartig! Der Sonnenaufgang beim Mount Bromo war das Highlight des Tages. Melati suchte uns den besten Platz, an dem es weniger Trubel und gleichzeitig die schönste Sicht auf den Mount Bromo gab. Der Anblick war einfach nur atemberaubend schön. Auch die Besteigung des Kraters war gut zu meistern (wir hatten sie uns schwerer vorgestellt). Man wurde vorher vom Aussichtspunkt mit dem Jeep zurück zum Ausgangspunkt für die Besteigung gebracht. Der Krater selbst war ebenfalls beeindruckend. Im Anschluss konnten wir noch Bilder mit dem Jeep machen und sind danach zu einem Frühstücksrestaurant gefahren (auch vegetarische Optionen waren verfügbar). Der Tag war von der Abholung bis zum Zurückbringen ins Hotel perfekt organisiert und die vorab Kommunikation ging sehr einfach und problemlos über WhatsApp. Ganz besonders in Erinnerung bleiben wird uns unser Tourguide Melati, die unsere Tour zum schönsten Tag unserer Indonesienreise machte. Sie sorgte mit ihrer sehr freundlichen Art die ganze Zeit über für unser Wohlbefinden, war zuverlässig und gab uns viele Informationen zu den Vulkanen. Sie hatte auf all unsere Fragen eine Antwort. Durch sie hatten wir für alles genügend Zeit und fühlten uns zu keiner Zeit gehetzt. Es war ein wenig, als wäre man mit einer guten Freundin unterwegs. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Tag, die super Bilder, die gemacht wurden und den tollen Austausch miteinander. Wir würden die Tour jedem herzlichst empfehlen und sie jederzeit wieder machen! :)

The view that the tour guide brought us was perfect. Stunning view of the sunrise and no blockage or whatsoever! Everything was smooth and there wasn’t any delay. The tour guide told us everything in detail and it was very interesting!

Fantastic experience with Hreesang today. We had a wonderful seemless journey with him and cheapbromo. He was very knowledgeable and took our safety and comfort seriously. He organised a lovely vegan and vegetarian meal for us too. Highly recommend booking with this company. Extremely recommended! This was the best one day tour we did in Indonesia. Don't go home without visiting mount Bromo!! And do it with cheap bromo, they are simply the best! We were very lucky Rizky Pratama was our guide. From the start he treated us very well and made sure we understood what was coming at each stage of the day. After getting off the jeep at the King Kong mountain, we had a hot chocolate and fried banana and a nice conversation before reaching the best spot possible to see the Volcano. Once there, Rizky brought a tripod and did a night photo shoot of us with all kind of stars and constellations in the background! He guided us at every moment and made the wait for the sunrise very special and private. When the sunrise started we knew, it was one of the best moments of our trip and probably the best sunrise we have seen ever. Madakaripura Waterfall was the cherry on top. We were a bit tired but it was totally worth it and we got amazing photos as well! Thank you Rizky! Hope to see you again!!

Before the trip started, Hreesang (our tour guide) contacted us to make sure that we could start the tour well-prepared. His English - both in speaking and in writing - is excellent. This makes communicating very convenient, which is always a relief when you are going to do something adventurous in a foreign country.

When we arrived at the pick-up location (our appartment lobby), Hreesang and the driver were already waiting for us. The car ride to the Jeep stop was quite pleasant. Hreesang started with giving us clear instructions about the planning, and we were able to catch some extra hours of sleep during the ride ;)

At the first stop, we said goodbye to the driver and hopped onto the Jeep, which is a mandatory (and necessary) vehicle for going up Mount Bromo. The Jeep driver - mister W - was very skilled and fearless ;) Driving up the mountain was truly an experience on its own, despite the crowdedness of other tourists.

Throughout the trip, it became apparent that Hreesang is not only a joyful, energizing young guide, but also very concerned in providing the best possible experience for us. He knows all the tricks and the best spots to ‘beat’ the other tourists to the race of having the best Bromo experience. Moreover, he was very keen to answer our questions and to explain Java culture with passion.

All in all, this trip was very well managed and definitely worth our investment. ‘Core memory activated’ is what we said on the way back ;) Truly an experience that will last in our memories.

I had a lovely sunrise tour with Rizky as my guide. Rizky took me to the best spot for watching the sunrise and took some amazing photos of the stars for me.

We absolutely loved the tour! We enjoyed the special place to sit watching the sunrise, the smart parking skills, hiking the volcano, seeing the beautiful waterfall. The trip was perfectly organized and all the staff were so friendly and helpful.
And, most of all, we were laughing all the time because Hirman is the funniest tour guide ever :-).

We did the tour Bromo sunrise 1D with Hreesang. Everything was perfect, he gave us a lot of details and curiosities about the place and in general about life in Indonesia.
The tour was amazing and the sunrise on the Bromo is a must. It was freezing and luckily he had brought a thermal blanket for us.

Everything was smooth from the airport pick up to the guided tours of Mt Bromo and Mt Ijen. I also got to see some waterfalls and eat local foods.

We had a tour this morning with Rizky at Bromo mountain. He’s an amazing tour guide and a very king person. We recommended him, he takes you to the better spot to catch the best photo of your life.

Great experience! Bromo and Madakaripura Waterfall are both marvellous and our tour guide Mala is a very kind and helpful person.

The activities and itinerary was very well planned out, but over the best part of all was our tour guide because he just made everything more fun.

Our guide is named Rizky from cheapbromo. The hotel reception made the mistake and Delayed our departure time, but The guide Rizky Has managed make us arrive on time. He’s also a professional photographer, which surprised me a lot. He carried the tools and sitting mat All the way So that he can take very good pictures for us and give us a clean place to sit.
He even lent me thousands of Rp, So that I can go to the toilet since I don’t have little cash.
It was a very long trip and he managed running after our horses, So that he could introduce and again take photos of us. Another very chatty guide, But we have very decent conversations.
He even played with my son Around the waterfall, That’s so sweet. I think that because he’s Beyond professional, but also a heartwarming guy.
I’m pretty happy to have him around me when we were in Surabaya.
I was strongly recommended him.

We had an amazing trip with Cheap Bromo, a 2D1N tour with Mont Bromo and Tumpak Sewu Waterfall from Surabaya.

Mala is the best guide we could expected, she's interesting, nice, funny and so smiling.
She was able to reply to all our questions and she gave us lot of information during the trip about the places we've visited and Java's traditions.
She always takes care of us and she does everything for you to make you feel good and confortable.

Our driver Anton was also amazing and he has the most confortable car.

The organization of the trip was absolutely perfect.
We appreciated the timing in each place, even the choice of the hotel and restaurant was perfect.
They even helped us to find a money changer before drop us to the train station.

Nuestro guía en la excursión al monte Bromo fue Rizky y la experiencia inmejorable, de 10, es un chico amable, simpático y atento. Nos explicaba todo lo que íbamos a hacer con antelación. También quiero nombrar a "Supo" el conductor del Land Cruiser, un hombre entrañable y sonriente. En resumen, pasamos con Rizky 12 horas muy amenas y la experiencia fue increíble, la recordaremos toda la vida, gracias!

Meine Frau und ich haben die Tour 2D1N (Tag 1: Rainbow Village, Tumpak Sewu Wasserfall und Tag 2: Bromo, Madakaripura Wasserfall) im August 2024 gemacht.
Unser Guide Rai war großartig. Er war so engagiert, fachkundig, pünktlich und zuverlässig und konnte sehr gut Englisch sprechen. Er konnte alle Fragen (auch Detailfragen) beantworten und hat sich toll um uns gekümmert. Die Tour war dank ihm unvergesslich! Beim Sonnenaufgang am Bromo hatten wir den besten Platz mit bester Sicht! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

We had an amazing Mount Bromo tour with Ubay and we made memories for life. He was a great tour guide - he covered all the spots with lot of insightful information. He is great with kids. We highly recommend this experience.
