I booked a transfer online and paid a £10 deposit. Our flight landed on time but it took about 45 mins to get through passport control. There was noone waiting for us in the arrivals holiday so I rang their office and was informed their driver was in the parking lot and would soon be with us. He arrived and offered no apology and sauntered to the car with a visit to the toilet en route. Having boarded the minibus it took him 5/10 minutes before he drove out of the car park during which we were sitting in a hot minibus. About 5 minutes into the journey he pulled off onto a piece of waste land and eventually told us he wasn't allowed to drive any further for about 10 minutes!! So we are sitting in a hot minibus on a piece of waste land near a roundabout. His English wasn't good but he soon got the message that we were very unhappy and he set off after about 5 minutes.
It was an awful start to our holiday and quite stressful.

Flight to Majorca postponed and eventually cancelled due to storms, good communications from Cheap-taxis, especially Paul in UK. Rebooked a flight the following day, and we were assured they would honour our booking whatever the time. Eventually that flight also cancelled due to Traffic Control issues. Even though we didn’t get to use them, I thought their approach and contactability (don’t think that’s a word!) was excellent.

From booking to the actual pick up and drop off Cheap-taxis.com made it so easy. We arrived at Palma during a massive storm and our driver was stuck on the slip road to the airport so another driver was sent to collect us and take us to our original driver so we didn't stand around to long. I've used them a few times now and wouldn't go back to getting my own taxi again.

We booked a taxi to and from Milan Bergamo to Sirmione and it was brilliant. Driver was waiting in arrivals with a sign (on his mobile) at the airport. The 6 person transporter was spotless and very comfortable. The same driver picked us up for the return at exactly the time requested (which I even changed the night before). Good price compared with other airport transfer companies and excellent communication. Would recommend.

Wow what a service. We were picked up from Girona airport and taken to Calella de Palagragell on 22nd August by a very friendly gentleman, he was so lovely. When we got to our destination he wouldn’t leave until he knew we were safely in our apartment.
We were so pleased to find yesterday that he had come to collect us to take us back to the airport. Again friendly and professional. The sad thing is I didn’t catch his name. Would recommend this company and I will use them again.

From the people who helped me organise this transfer to my driver - everything was AMAZING!! The driver was so professional and arrived for my return transfer in really good time ! I will definitely be using this service again and would HIGHLY recommend!

Really good service, the booking team kept in touch throughout and drivers were polite and on time, we had a really early pick up on our departure but they contacted me to reassure my taxi would be there, will definitely will be using them again next year.

Excellent service. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until after 1am but the flight was monitored and the driver was waiting fir us when we arrived into Alicante Airport. He was friendly and very helpful. The return journey was just as smooth and easy. Would most definitely recommend and use again.

Cheap-taxis were brilliant, Excellent communications. Our flight was delayed and Paul kept in touch with us throughout, arranging and changing transfer throughout the night. He went way and above to ensure we were not stranded at the airport. Paul and his team were excellent and provided an efficient and friendly service, would have no hesitation recommending or using them again.

Used cheap taxis palma the past 7-8 visits to Majorca and can't fault them in the slightest. You feel like a VIP when you arrive to find your driver waiting there sign in hand ready to whisk you directly to your hotel. Pick ups always dot on time aswell they make the whole transfer from airport to hotel and back effortless. A credit to their industry. Thanks guys n girls keep it up!!

After a very early morning flight from Ireland we were glad to see our driver waiting in the arrival area of Alicante Airport, we googled taxis when booking our flights and putting trust that the taxi will be there on the other side is a worry when travelling with children, Paul the owner of Cheap Taxis put our mind at ease at the time of the booking and assured us his reliable driver would be there, a very big thank you to our driver who was lovely, it was so early in the morning we forgot to get his name unfortunately, we would highly recommend this service when travelling into Alicante,
