I always feel happy walking into Chatters Westgate. The staff and space are welcoming. Shout out to Hisham. He takes great control over my hair! I left with a Fall colour refresh!

This place is fantastic. I didn't book the proper time for what I was looking for and they moved things around to accommodate. Recommend. I always come here when in GP!

Beyond happy with colour! (As usual with Steve)
I like to wear my medium brown hair with blonde highlights. My hair tends to pull brassy and never once have I left the salon with Steve doing my hair unhappy with the ashy-ness achieved. He always makes time to listen to what I am wanting to achieve and keeps my hairs integrity in mind while doing bleaching services. I can honestly say that I have never left an appointment with him unhappy. :)

Finally found someone to cut my hair.
I have been trying to find a hairdresser to cut and thin my hair. I have a few pictures unfortunately most hairdressers will not even look at them. However Hicham did. Initially I didn’t think he cut it the way I wanted until I got home and redid it. It was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely return to Hicham.

Bad service
We were a walk-in. I asked if there was an opening and the lady at the front seemed annoyed. As I needed my daughter’s hair fixed from a at home cut which was basically a trim. Then stated she would not have time to do a full wash. I said I just want it cut so it isn’t uneven. She asked if her hair went to the side like it was. I said yes then she proceeded to separate it in the middle and cut it more than said it’s better this way. My daughter who is a toddler hates it in the middle and put it back to the side and the hairdresser wasn’t impressed. I was also over charged and did not realize until after we left. I did not call or go back as I was not going to drag my toddler back in. I also did not want to deal with the unprofessional manner of this hairdresser.

I just recently visited Chatters @ Westgate and had a great experience with Hicham which recommended by my 10 years old niece.He truly listened to what I wanted for my hair and delivered a perfect cut and that looked exactly like the inspiration photo I showed him.He even asked if i really wanted it because i have had a long hair and the one i wanted was a shoulder length with layers.He even said okay you’re a brave woman lol.Salon was clean and welcoming, the staff were friendly and attentive, and I left feeling completely refreshed with my new look and felt so much lighter I would definitely recommend Chatters hair salon @ Westgate for anyone searching for a top-notch hair stylist in town!

Koda made my daughter feel so special…
Koda made my daughter feel so special and chatted with her throughout the haircut. It’s the first time someone has gave my daughter the “experience”
of sitting in the salon chair. From washing her hair to asking her questions and making her feel beautiful. Hali came home and talked about Koda multiple times and asked if she can go back to her next time she has a haircut. We will definitely be back.
