travel booking service
For a travel service, it is meh. I love the deal I got through them but they require a confirmation before even booking. The person who contacted me didn't speak english well. Honestly, should've cancelled than. They than split my family booking up without explanation, which makes any issues harder to handle. Because when they split up the booking, the DOB and citizenship was all wacky. Thanks to SHANIA in customer service who got it all sorted out for me! You rock and deserve 10 stars!

Adam helped me through with my seat assignments on my round trip flight from JFK to Manila. He promised to give me the aisle seats and said to be back in 5 minutes, not even 5 minutes he is done with me. Yeah, I got what I wanted, thank you Adam.
