Scam app with no customer support

Be aware of this app. I was not even aware this app was on my phone, I have never used this app and don't even have an account yet I have been charged for 13 weekly subscriptions at £7.99 each. I have tried to reach out to customer support for a refund and I was sent 1 generic response email suggesting "I read the refund policy" and then have not heard anything back from. So as far as I am concerned this app is a scam and has zero customer service/support.

The Nova Chat GPT AI app/web version is great, as it really helps like any other chat gpt ai tools. However, it offered an expensive 5 USD / week subscription. I took and used for a few weeks. It was too expensive and thus now have cancelled it for several months already. But to my frustration and despite several emails to the support service (which is a misnomer, as it should be renamed as "looting service"). They keep charging my credit card week after week for several months now. No way to fix this. I am now in contact with my bank to stop the auto debits. For many months now, I only have a free account but they keep charging me for a "pro-account".

I am not the only one. There are tons of reviews on Trustpilot about theis NOVA AI tools. Its a big scam.

think twice before taking a paid subscription. You will be charged for life, even after you have cancelled.

stay away from NOVA.
