They deliver me the wrong sizes, when I asked for the exchange, their watsapp representative told me we deliver the order as u made it. I totally shocked. I rechecked my order and I found they are even lieing and blaming on myself. Either they accept their mistake and exchange the items. Thay are receiving delivery charges.when I asked for exchange they said u can exchange in any their branch, what rubbish and stupidity is this. When u charged for the delivery then it isnur job to exchange the items by courier as u delivered.

Dear Senior Management extremely disappointed,

I am extremely disappointed to share my recent experience with Chase Value Korangi Industrial Area branch. On July 15th, around 6 pm, I purchased a shirt, dupatta, and trousers for a pregnant lady. I informed the staff that I would exchange the items if there were any size issues, and they assured me that it would be no problem.

The next day, the lady tried on the shirt and noticed it was small. During the try-on, a minor sweat stain appeared due to the hot weather, which was barely noticeable. When we returned to the store, the staff claimed that the shirt was used. Despite my explanation that it was just a try-on and the stain was due to the weather, the staff and manager insisted that it was used.

Even after explaining the situation, they refused to exchange the shirt. Frustrated, I left the items there, hoping to show that we weren't trying to return used goods. I hope that Chase Value's senior management will take my complaint seriously and take action against the staff and manager involved.

It is too bad service
