Good that arrived were not the right size or colour. Email "customer support" in China and they offer a 20% refund and keep the goods. Not happy with it, they advise I have to pay to return the goods to China or choose an alternative that they will charge another 30% of the cost to cover their shipping. Emails are now undeliverable, and website shows they are moving to a smaller, cozier boutique shop in London. Hard to believe. Don't ever buy from this company, it's a pure scam.

Chinese scam company. Mens top delivered 6 weeks after order/payment. NOTHING like product advertised ie. different colour, material & design!

What other people have said is exactly what happens.
You will receive something eventually but it won’t be anything like you ordered.
Companies like this should be removed from the internet and never allowed to advertise.
They are just a con outfit.

First they take around a month to arrive.When they arrived they vaguely resemble the photo but they are 3 sizes too small and you can t return without charges .Chase China not London.Save your money they really are awful

Total scam. Product that arrived weeks later was so poor quality and such a poor fit. Complete scam

It says full refund in 30 days … but doesn’t tell you that you have to return the item to China at your own expense when they send the wrong item. Terrible quality .. cheap polyester… don’t waste your money it’s based in China and they don’t care once they have the cash from you. Sadly I didn’t read the reviews here before buying . Nearly £40 for a cheap shirt I could buy on the market for £10 and not even the colour or design I chose!! Despite sending them numerous emails telling them it was the wrong article, they offered me 20% discount on my next order( of polyester clothing as that’s all they seem to produce.. I did ask if they made sustainable clothes in cotton or linen etc, but no response to that)- or pay for the postage to China for a full refund. The reviews on their Instagram must be fake and there’s no way you can leave feed back there either to warn others what a rip off company they are. Very unpleasant experience.

As the other reviews ABSOLUTELY GHASTLY ! DO NOT under any circumstances order from this company, FORGET the pretty shop sign and saying it's stock clearance IT IS NOT ... It's a back street Chinese scam . As Sarah said a pathetic excuse for the advertised jacket which is only good for a cleaning rag ! It bears No resemblance the jacket advertised , the sleeves for a start came just to my elbow. This business MUST be shut down . BY the way way don't be fooled by quick email replies that is just to keep you hanging on ... FINALLY forget a refund you won't get one and you you have to send to China and they don't guarantee a refund if they is a customs hold up >>> funny that!!!

This company is actually a complete Scam!!! They send out ridiculously bad quality items then offer you a refund if you post it back to China at your own expense! Avoid like the plague… 🤦🏻‍♂️

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered a suede jacket but arrived a really cheap polyester jacket. Tried to return but offered 20% discount or send back to China . Avoid at all costs. Shame I can’t show you the photo of what I ordered and what actually arrived. Shameful

Wished I'd read Trustpilot! BEWARE According to paypal they are registered as "Seller name
nobelhousetrading" Not in London, they're in China. Order was for a knitted cardigan and received a cheap t-shirt of synthetic material. Paid by Paypal so will be sorted. Will make sure Paypal refers to Trustpilot.

This company works hard to create the impression that it is a top of the range London based clothing enterprise. It is only after you have made your order and track your purchase, you discover that it is coming from China.
When my order did arrive, I discovered that my ‘must have’ shirt crafted from a ‘soft breathable fabric’ was a pretty awful clown suit in the cheapest polyester.
I complained and was told that the 30 day money back guarantee involved the customer in paying for the product to be returned - don’t think I’ll chance it. Just need to join a travelling circus.

Absolute shambles, waited 3 weeks for the wilfred mens casual long sleeve polo. When it came l couldn’t believe it. It was nothing like it was on the website. Only 3 buttons that were not in align, pale blue nylon material that look’s nothing like what’s advertised and I ordered a large which I can’t get over my head, not that I would have worn it outside anyway.

The jacket they sent does not resemble the description in design, shape, quality and most importantly ‘size’. The XXL
they sent was a U.K. small/medium.

They are NOT based in London UK and the item will take over three weeks to arrive.

The ‘tracked’ return postage they insist you use will cost more than the item is worth (in my case £49.95)

They have a team of so called ‘customer service’ agents that will bombard you with excuse reply emails offering you just a 20% refund. Then they will insist you pay to return the miss-sold item.

They do not even deserve a one star rating.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered a men’s suede Jacket. It did finally arrive after 4 weeks but was completely different to the picture, was a cheap flimsy polyester jacket - awful.
Despite this not being my fault and being completely mis-sold I have the option of taking a 20% refund and keeping the awful jacket, or paying for it to be returned to Central Asia at huge expense for a full refund, which I doubt will come. Avoid like the plague

Absolute joke of a company. Deliberately misleading images, quality of product is terrible, nothing like images. You can’t wear it - it looks like kiddie play theatre stuff. And they refuse to refund me even though they sent me the wrong sizes. They also won’t pay return postage. Pathetic! AVOID at all costs

Absolutely the worst product ever. They advertised a suave looking jacket and sent me something from a fancy dress shop. They then only refunded 20% of my cost or gave me the option of returning the piece of crap all the way to China. Absolutely disgraceful company. Avoid at all costs

A complete scam. The website gives the impression that they are London based. the 30 day money back guarantee is prominent, but the shirt - when it finally arrived from China was rubbish. They offer 15% (then 20%) off you next purchase, but if you want a refund you have to pay for the item to be posted to China.
I have been ripped off.

The website pictures there are no resemblance to the goods received. The items are shipped from China and this is not made clear. Do not use this website poor quality goods are undoubtably going to be received.

Do Not use this company. Their website is full of lies about their returns policy and images of their products are very , very misleading. Appalling quality materials and sewing. Sizing is also bizarre and disproportionate.
Although they say there is a returns guarantee they resist all returns and only tell you how to make a return are after multiple exchanges - and require return to China!. But they still say money back is not guaranteed. Wouldn't trust them to do it even if you sent goods back. Appalling set up. Should be properly investigated. More fool me for trying it.
