Insane VM and VPS specs for the price. I ended up with the most expensive dedicated server and has never been happier. Beats Azure hands down. Combine that with the support that is ALWAYS available via chat and always helps and with the extremely low latencies to brokers and markets. It's just ridiculous how good it is.

I am not extremely computer savvy and I am a year into my day trading journey. When things go wrong I need step by step process. I just got off chat with Ninja Trader for a few basic questions. They were rude and condescending which created the chat to be much longer leading to a phone call. Then I had issues with my VPS lagging and freezing. John came in through the chat and not only fixed the issue he also took it upon himself to do all of the backup saving to the cloud etc. and importing back to the vps. He understood my frustration and immediately took over. I can not explain enough how customer service like this goes a long way. He was ABSOLUTEY AMAZING!! Night and day experience after dealing with Ninja Trader. THANK YOU JOHN AND CHARTS VPS!!

great product and even better customer service. I had a few problems with tradestation setup and there was always someone available on the chat to help out quickly. I have dealt with both Brian and Nestor and they are both great!!

If you're in the market for a VPS, give ChartVPS a consideration. I started with the Mark 2 and had a few upgrades over the past few days and the support team have been quick to take care of my needs. The entire support team is top notch! Response time is super fast by live chat through your Dashboard and email as well. Highly recommended!!!

When I decided to go the VPS route, I did an extensive amount of due diligence as trading is my livelihood. I cannot, I repeat, cannot believe how awesome their services are. In this business, I have NEVER had the customer service I have with anyone other than Chart VPS. Jovan and Nestor are incredible. Immediately answer any request - to be clear here, I request upgrades, VPS' set up for friends etc, not technical issues, and these guys are not only friendly but are ON THE BALL. I'll never leave this company. They are BY AND FAR the best VP provider available. I've never had one outage, one delay, one problem. Highly recommend and ENCOURAGE you to use them. They THE best. I've been with them over a year and will never end this relationship.
