Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Don’t bother, dress was very poor quality and bad sizing. The return address is in Albania, if you can convince them to send the address to you, 5 attempts, as they kept offering me a low amount to keep it to save the planet! so costs more to return than the clothes cost.

Ordered a dress for wedding that had been and honestly by time dress came. Website gives impression dress is coming within the UK. Upon receipt nothing like the item advertised. Made of polyester. Took over 3 weeks to come. Not based in UK and return is to Albania. Read the reviews ladies and do not order from this company. Reported to Facebook as they are advertising on social media but not interested. Look out for Ivy Luna UK, Florence and Mae London and Indigoose as I have experienced the exact same thing from each company although they are based in Asia.

I only gave 1* as there is no ability to put zero! Shocking service. Wrong item sent. Wanted me to pay to return the item to Albania at my expense. Would not recommend purchasing from this company.

The items sent were not the quality as picture looked and certainly not as described. When asking for a returns form they should get back to you within 24 hours but days later and a few more messages still no reply. Avoid at all costs as I have now lost £60 😢

Please be aware of this website, it’s a SCAM. The quality of products they sent is very poor and not as on the pictures. They sent me the wrong size and when I asked for a return label they said they will send another product and if I still wish to return it then I need to pay to return it to Albania! Products are so cheap that clearly sending another rug doesn’t cost them as much as refunding money. Please speak with your banks. The more flagged transactions the better and hopefully they will be shut soon!

Dreadful quality of product. Steer clear. It’s not a London based company at all. They use English names for emails but are based in Albania. Dresses look nothing like the pictures, fabric is cheap rubbish. They claim to want to save the transport costs of returns but actually this is to hide the fact it’s £18 to return at my cost. Awful company.

I thought I was buying from a brand in Ldon that my friend has recommended (which is Charli London and genuine). However this is company is a fraudsters from China

Avoid this company at all costs, they are scammers. I ordered 3 dresses which looked nothing like the pictures when they arrived, cheap and tatty and were not even folded in the bags, just stuffed in. This company is nothing to do with London or the UK but is based in Albania!!! Refunds are not allowed for sales items which is all of the stock they advertise. You have to email them for their approval to return but you will be offered a percentage of the cost (20%) but only after you have paid for return to Albania, YES very suspect. They advertise on the Socials, Facebook is where I saw it and have placed a grievance for what its worth. Keep your money in your pocket and buy local.....

Terrible company. Poor imitation dress from picture on website. Poor customer service. Don’t waste your money.

Bought a dress which is nothing like the photo, really poor quality. Took ages to arrive, keep offering deals 30% refund and gift vouchers rather than refund. You have to pay postage to return and they based Albania and now I'm now I'm getting no response at all. Don't buy from here.

Do not buy! Sizing is way off. And it's pure polyester.
I got size s and it is like a parachute.
Looks and feels cheap.
Waste of money!
