Well, what to say!? It was a REAL pleasure to purchase my lovely cottage from the estate agents, Charles Head. A firm I have been buying from in various ways for over 30 years. Edward Tallack has been exceptional in securing the property for me. His kindness, assurances and calming influence in a very stressful time was truly amazing. My move from North Wales has been quite traumatic, not due to Charles Head, but Edward assured me all the way that eventually lovely Myrtle Cottage would be mine, and now is!! Initially I was thinking of buying a property that was being sold privately and Edward helped me when the surveyor didn't return my calls and chased him up. Luckily that purchase fell through, I saw Myrtle and the rest is history. Even after purchasing her they tell me they can recommend local 'workmen' (my words, not theirs), to help with the few alterations I would like done. When the sad day comes when I need to sell Myrtle, Charles Head will definitely be the firm I put her on the market with. All the staff have been very kind.....i arrived late to pick up the keys only to find they were staying open for me. Edward has been exceptional, keeping up the high standards of Charles Head which we have to come to recognise over the years. Well done all of you, keep up the good work, and many, many thank you's for procuring my lovely Myrtle!! A 'panad', a cuppa is always on the table should any of you be passing this way. You know the address!!

Since the retirement of Tony Head we wondered if we would get the same service, we need not have worried, from our first meeting with Edward through to completion with the help of Alisha all went smoothly. Despite the difficulties of Covid, the delay waiting for probate we were always kept up to date as things progressed. Thank you all.
