Working along with Chargebee has been an awesome experience. They are a team of dedicated professionals with vast knowledge and attend to any queries the customer may have promptly and professionally. They go out of their way to assist where they can, I myself have had meetings on a few occasions with the assigned Technical Account Manager to resolve and implement any strategies that were brought forward from our side!
Abysmal support
I encounter the same issues as are described by the bulk of the customers on here. The support is absolute garbage. They'll toss you a monster invoice for no reason and try to justify it but the minute they do an update and break something, it's zero phone support, zero help, zero communication.

Good product with few issues but easily…
Good product with few issues but easily manageable BUT Customer Support is appalling and almost unnecessary to reach out to them as they can't do anything to help. Wish they care about existing customers as they do for new leads.
Fair product, horrible customer service
The product is good, but available only in limited languages.
The "customer success team" however is horrible. Their only interest seems to be their bonus for new revenue, and once they have tricked you into paying more than you should you hear nothing from them.

Deception, Stalling, & Utter disregard
Our ordeal with Chargebee has been a cataclysm of epic proportions. The first implementation consultant we were unfortunate enough to deal with was a masterclass in ineptitude, offering no solutions and instead directing us to irrelevant API documentation. They displayed a shocking lack of interest in understanding our use case or reviewing our documents and user flows.
Our weekly calls were a study in frustration, with me left to grapple with configurations that didn’t work and proposing solutions that were met with dismissive responses. It quickly became evident that this consultant, an external contractor, was more interested in evading responsibility than in providing any semblance of assistance.
Our desperate pleas for help were met with a wall of silence, with emails left unanswered for weeks on end. When we requested a new implementation consultant, we were blissfully unaware that this was merely the tip of the iceberg: Chargebee’s modus operandi is to treat their customers with utter contempt.
Our second consultant was a rare glimmer of hope, taking the time to understand our use case and helping us find a working solution. However, the migration package we purchased was nothing more than a monumental waste of money, offering little more than a suggestion to read the error messages and make the necessary changes.
Fast forward to today, and we are still wrestling with an open ticket from September 27, 2023. The configuration that Chargebee conned us into buying has proven to be a complete fiasco. Following an update in August, our instance has been riddled with errors, wreaking havoc on our customers.
To add insult to injury, we were informed that the features of the solution we were duped into purchasing nine months ago do not work together. This was a revelation to us, as none of their documentation suggested this. Despite presenting examples of both successful and failed system operations, Chargebee has failed to provide a replicable explanation of our current configuration’s behavior.
The most alarming part of this fiasco is the frequency with which we have had to hound them for updates, only to be met with a deafening silence, followed by a call in which we are blamed for not testing the configuration properly.
Chargebee has flatly refused to provide a written explanation of how the code should behave with their radion silence. If you’re in the market for a service that will lie to you, ignore you, and treat you like an imbecile, then Chargebee is your perfect match. Their approach to customer service and business conduct is nothing short of a travesty.
Change of review after great customer service
Rewriting my review after having a demo with Ameeth V Pai today. I recently attended a training session conducted by a knowledgeable individual for Chargbee software. The training was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable insights and guidance. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking to enhance their understanding of Chargbee and its functionalities.

Waste of time: Overpriced, intransparent and empty promises
You have to book an appointment with them and immediately the upselling starts. I was promised "assessment of my requirements" and "immediate follow-up". 2 weeks later: radio silence. This is just a VERY POOR customer experience.
It’s an already overpriced product, the pricing is intransparent, the onboarding cumbersome.
They make big promises on the phone with zero to show for.
I sent a complaint via email about the lack of following up with me and they did not even bother to answer.
Better go with a company that cares.
