Very much professional, helpful, punctual.

Yamunotri was ok but the guides were not assigned and they left us in the middle. My wife guide was good he took care of her well. Palkhi people are not the best in their job. Darshan was a chaos and not a ViP Darshan.

Gangotri was good Darshan and not so chaotic but again not a VIP just normal Darshan but good.
Hotel was also good and service was good. Food was okay not the best.

Kedarnath
1. Hotel was very bad it looks like a staff quarters.
2. ⁠almost fan came on our head
3. ⁠food was awful not good at all.
4. ⁠service of the guide was excellent who was handling us but he could not do anything for changes to the hotel. I think it was Patha area and hotel standards was not even one star or not even basic standard one.
5. ⁠no soaps bed sheets were dirty it was evident that they did not change the sheets because there was hair on it.
6. ⁠Rajes was exceptional and he was very helpful.
7. ⁠you should not give that rooms to your guests
8. ⁠Darshan was chaos and there is nothing called VIP there. When the team knows temple is closed from 12:00 to 14;00 then why should they transfer to the temple at 11:30 we ended up staying out in the hit sun for two hours and after that getting into the gate was like a Baghel field between India and Britain. Sorry unacceptable

Badrinath
1. Hotel was good.
2. ⁠one of the ceiling lights almost fall on our head due to jack hammering works above us. Bed Warner was not working and HK replaced it but the new one is also not working.
3. ⁠food was okay for lunch and BF but the dinner was disappointing
4. ⁠our guide was excellent
5. ⁠He did an exceptional job for ViP Darshan and liking after us so we tipped him well because he swerves it.

Overall I think May and June are not the best months to visit these temples due to chaos and huge crowd and long lines.

Thank you for looking after us we wil try again in Deptember next year before we bring any of our delegation to these places. I will be very specific about the hotels and facilities and food because we cannot serve or give hotels as you give it to us. When you say ViP Darshan we mean it with quick Darshana d quick exit.

We had a customized tour package booked recently from 6th-17th May for chardham plus Tungnath and Kaichidham with drop off at a different place than the pick up location. The minor hiccups related to hotel or itinerary were all addressed in no time and with utmost professionalism. CHARDHAM YATRA WAS GOOD. SPECIAL THANKS TO INCHARGE MADAM RASHMI AND MR AMAR FOR GOOD SERVICE AND SUPPORT WHO MADE THIS YATRA SUCESSFUL. CAR & DRIVER SANJAY WAS GOOD. OUT OF 6 HOTELs 4 WERE GOOD AND 2 HOTEL 01 AT KEDAR 01 AT SITA PUR WERE TOTAL USELESS AND HOPELESS & THIS WAS DUE TO IRRESPONSIBLE AND NEGLIGENT BEHAVIOUR OF MR GOPAL(CORDINATOR OF YATRA). HE HAS NOT AT ALL RESPONDED WHEN CALLED FOR KEDAR STAY. SUCH PEOPLE SPOILs WHOLE SHOW. CHARDHAM TOUR COMPANY TO LOOK IN SUCH ISSUES AND TRY TO MAINTAIN THEIR CREDEBILITY.

We recently completed a Do Dham Yatra through this agency, and unfortunately the overall travel management experience was extremely disappointing and stressful.

While the destinations and darshan were divine, the agency’s coordination, planning, communication, and handling of travellers were highly unsatisfactory. There were repeated delays, poor organization, lack of proactive support, and several situations where we had to continuously follow up ourselves instead of the agency managing things professionally.

One of the worst experiences was being made to wait for hours for mandatory permits and formalities that should have been streamlined much more efficiently. Travelling with senior citizens made the situation even more exhausting and inconvenient.

Several commitments appeared poorly coordinated, and instead of enjoying a peaceful spiritual journey, a lot of unnecessary stress was added because of the agency’s handling.

⚠️ My sincere advice to future travellers: PLEASE DO NOT PLAN YOUR YATRA WITH THIS AGENCY.
If you still choose to proceed, make sure every single detail is confirmed in writing and be prepared to personally follow up for arrangements during the trip.

The spiritual journey was beautiful because of the holy places — not because of the agency’s management.

My overall experience with the travel agency was good, especially in terms of coordination and support. The booking process over WhatsApp was smooth, and the team was responsive and helpful throughout.

I was initially a bit hesitant about making a large advance payment since I found them online, but the trip itself was well managed. The vehicle provided was comfortable, and our driver, Mr. Sandeep Raturi, was excellent—very honest, knowledgeable, and supportive during the entire journey.

The team also arranged helicopter bookings smoothly for Kedarnath, and their daily updates about the next day’s plan were very helpful. They even guided us on special darshan opportunities, which we appreciated.

However, I am giving one star less because the accommodation did not meet my expectations. While the overall experience was good, improving the quality of hotels would make the trip much better.

We had our tour planned for Kainchi Dham and Mahavtar Babaji cave with Chardham tours. Had a really great experience with them. All the staff were so polite and hospitable which won our hearts. Right from the lovely welcome by tour coordinator Ayushji at the airport to timely checks if everything was ok by Transport coordinator Gopalji and Ayushji, Sales coordination by Shilpaji, everything was well taken care of. Gopalji also added few additional spots to our itinerary. Driver Pawan and vehicle service were excellent...
Hotels at Nainital,Kukuchina and Bhowali - Panchvati stay, Joshi guest house and Rewa hotel respectively were wonderful with great hospitality and tasty homely food and environment. Overall more than satisfied and great value for money provided. We will definitely look forward to travelling with them again soon!

On time pick up with best vehicle and good driver

We recently completed our Uttarakhand trip (13–23 February 2026) organized by Char Dham, covering Rishikesh, Kainchi Dham, Almora (Binsar), Kasauni, and Nainital.
Overall, the experience was good, and we would rate it 3.5/5.
The planning and coordination were handled well. Amardeep did an excellent job arranging the bookings as per our requirements, and the operations team (Mahek, Rashmi, and Ayush Gopal) was supportive throughout the trip. Special mention to Ayush for his daily follow-ups to ensure everything was going smoothly.
Most hotel recommendations were very good:
• Hotel Vasundhara Palace (Rishikesh) – comfortable stay with good service.
• Casa Mount (Kainchi Dham) – excellent location and service.
• Kasaar Jungle Resort (Binsar) – beautiful location, great food and service.
• Suman Royal Resort (Kasauni) – excellent views, food and personalized service.
However, our stay at Vinsober Monal in Bhowali (for the Nainital visit) was disappointing. The rooms and facilities were very basic and did not justify the tariff. We faced issues with hot water, and the room heater provided appeared unsafe due to visible damage. Additionally, we were asked to pay extra for room heater services, which should have been clarified in advance. While the staff was courteous, the infrastructure needs significant improvement.
On a very positive note, the transport arrangements throughout the trip were excellent. Our driver, Mr. Shankar, was extremely knowledgeable about all the destinations and helped us plan visits efficiently while avoiding crowds. He was courteous, professional, and went out of his way to assist us — even helping us send a personal courier to our family on the last day of our trip.
We would like to give him a 5-star rating and extend our appreciation to Kumaon Taxi Services for providing such outstanding service.
Apart from the Bhowali stay, the trip was well organized and enjoyable. With better coordination on hotel facilities and clearer communication on inclusions, the overall experience could be even better.

My trip was truly one of the most enriching experiences I’ve ever had. While the Chardham pilgrimage is known for its spiritual significance, it was the team who organized the itinerary and handled all the arrangements that made the journey truly exceptional. Traveling all the way from New York to Dehradun, I placed my complete trust in Amar and his team, despite having no prior references or feedback. It was a big leap of faith, but there was a genuine sense of humanity that kept my trust intact throughout. This experience reminded me that even the most detailed contracts can fail, but sometimes a few WhatsApp messages and a partial payment can be the foundation of a trustworthy relationship. The Chardham group—especially Amar and Manojji—consistently reassured me at every step, handling every challenge and proving that their team would take care of everything, which they absolutely did.

Unfortunately, I was unable to take the helicopter ride due to recent incidents that led to the suspension of the service, which was completely unforeseen. However, within just a couple of hours, the team quickly rearranged the entire trip by road, ensuring that I could continue my journey without missing out.

I am genuinely grateful to have found this team and to have trusted them with such a challenging trip. I returned not only with wonderful memories, but also with renewed faith in Indian companies and their outstanding service.

On a practical note, all the hotels were excellent and well worth the investment. I especially loved my stay in Badrinath, which was peaceful and offered stunning views. The food was plentiful and varied, and we received a lot of assistance with the darshan and special arrangements, which was the main goal of the trip and made everything worthwhile.

Both Manojji and Amar added a personal touch, always just a call away—even at odd hours—and never saying no to any request. Their dedication and constant communication made the entire experience seamless. They truly deserve much more recognition for their tireless work.
