Flavio's manner is very calming and reassuring. He is also very gentle, and the work he does is never painful. As well as my regular hygiene appointment, he was also able to smooth off a rough edge of a crown that had recently broken. The reception staff were also helpful and attentive, asking if I'd had the crown sorted.

I have been a patient at Chapel Dental for many years. Clair has taken good care of my old teeth that were ruined by years of boiled sweets and aggressive dentistry by ‘school dentists’. I finally took the plunge and decided to have my teeth straightened with the Sparks system. I doubted that it could correct front my teeth that looked like a series of leaning tombstones. The process was managed by Ines Ribeiro who guided me through the process with great care and patience. The end results are amazing.
Overall, I have nothing but praise for Chapel Dental and the team there, from the reception staff to the clinicians and their assistants.

I was referred to Afonso and Chapel Dental as my dentist felt unable to carry out dental implants due to a particular medication I had been taking. Afonso was prepared to carry out the procedure and clearly set out the risks and pros involved. I felt completely supported to make the decision to proceed.

I was impressed by the professional approach of Afonso and his team, explaining each part of the process, making sure I was comfortable and not in any pain - I wasn’t at any time. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice and staff. Thank you - it was worth the 2 hour return trip for each appointment!

I have been with Claire since she was n Bottisham. My crown presentation was not painful and I was at ease with Claire. She will be surely missed.This practice is great!

We’ve been with Chapel Dental since they opened in Bottisham & have always been happy with Claire and her team. They have always taken note of any concerns I have had, and yesterday with Flavio was no exception. He always knows my foibles before I go in, and is very considerate of my sensitive teeth!

The dentist was exceptional with a really difficult extraction. He showed great concern for my wellbeing and stress. The whole process was swift and professional.

I had a broken tooth which happened suddenly a few days ago. I was booked in really quickly and saw Pietro . He was very professional and calm and did an excellent job repairing my tooth with a filling. The dental nurse was very efficient and professional also and checked several times to make sure I was comfortable ( I opted to have no anaesthetic)

On my final visit, excellent service as always from a lovely dentist, thank you rachel x

I have had nothing but 5* experience from this dental practice, since joining them over 20 years ago. I persuaded my husband to join the practice too.
The dentists and hygienists are very knowledgeable, have always kept me informed of all I have needed to know. Being with Denplan is an absolute advantage to both me and my husband.
Receptionists are polite, and efficient.

I had the misfortune to require an implant last week . Alfonzo Carreira has always been my dentist , and he did the implant last week - amazing piece of work , no swelling or bruising just a few days later ! Great care from Alfonzo and the team , and always delivered with the biggest smile !

From the speedy response to telephone calls, to fantastic and kind treatment and the whole general ambience of the beautifully restored chapel...all amazing...even the car park is a joyful experience...today with apples on the trees and jolly dahlia. 5+ star

I fine it hard to be charged 27.50 appx. To get a prescription from my dentist .only in the chair 3 mins.not happy.

For a person who really does not like the dentist, i find this dental practice comfortable and happy place. I have been coming here for a few years now and always been greeted by admin staff and dentist Afonso with a smile they always put you at ease.The building is very pleasant and the rooms bright and easy on the eye. I woulkd recommend this practice to anyone.

As a patient who has been coming to the practice for many years it was such a relief to be able to have an emergency appt on the day. The receptionist was able to assess the situation and ensure I was seen. The dentist Sarah listened, was able to reassure me about my teeth and took a holistic approach rather than your teeth are ok so go away which I often hear from friends.

Great dental practice in a beautiful building with pleasant, bright treatment rooms which instantly put you at ease. Lovely staff and a great experience from reception to your dentists chair. Have known my dentist Claire Jackman for over 25 years - she's more a friend than drill wielding dentist. Highly recommend.
