Thank you for replying. I missed the details about the condition of this product that’s on me and I apologize. I wasn’t looking for a discounted supplement I was looking for the high quality ferox amped I’ve used in the past so the solution I was hoping for when I emailed was to exchange for a new formulation and I would have happily paid the difference. I’ve ordered from a different company since a month had passed since emailing customer service. I’m not interested in a refund, keep the money and use it towards customer service training, I was nothing but polite and factual and your snarky reply is unprofessional

Ordered 2 tubs of cannibal ferox amped, both had moisture inside and powder clumped together. Tasted bitter and different to previous orders so I threw them out. Emailed customer service twice, no reply. Left a negative review on the website 2 weeks ago that hasn’t been published

Placed a large order in the beginning of July and never received the products. Shipping label created but nothing since. No reply from there customer service emails or phone (doesn't pick up). I have been buying from this company for years and they really do have the best products but this will be the end for me.

Products are great, I particularly loved Cannibal Ferox Pre-Workout and the Cannibal Coma Sleep Aid | Deep Sleep & Muscle Recovery. Delivery came on time and the price of these products are well worth the money.

I placed an order in Jun 2025. The product was damaged, so they never sent it. Never reached to tell about the issue. when I reached out to understand what is going on, they apologized and said that they would give a refund and send me some free product.
It’s been almost 8 months and nothing. This company is trash. Save yourself the headache. They are horrible.

Placed two separate orders with them from Nov 21 and Dec 3 and never received EITHER order, I am out over $150 and no supplement that I need for my health, NO REFUND and no communication. Terrible experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone

Twice I have had issues not receiving my order. Shipping and communication are horrible! Your payment will go through immediately but over two weeks later you'll find it is still sitting in their warehouse with a "label created" never passed on to the postoffice and you won't be able to reach them by phone or email. BEWARE

I used testosterone and muscle building products. They work great. Improved my muscle recovery, sex life, and now I have a lot more energy throughout my day. Thx

I’ve used almost every supplement brand I can think of and none have done the trick until I met Chaos and Pain. Before our relationship other pre work out brands only had a little more kick than Welch’s grape juice. Like I may aswell just drink my daughter lunchtime thirst quencher…. Enter Chaos and Pains line of pre. The stuff will have you vibing hard with the iron with flavours truly unmatched. The best part is there is no wretched burnout or come down. The protein powder doesn’t have that awful chemical taste and the flavour line is almost unheard of. You’ve never experienced a true supplement. Until you’ve experienced that of chaos and pains.

Love this company! One of my favourite influencers works with them and that’s how I found it. Been able to shred 15 pounds since taking the red sky fat burner. Definitely recommend!

I have ordered from this company for the past few years as I love their sleep aid product. However, getting the product I had ordered was almost always an ordeal.

I live in the same state and the same city as the company and yet I have had multiple orders delayed by weeks and some never arrive at all. When you can get an answer from their sales team it is often very unprofessional and brief.

I can’t recommend buying from this company unless you don’t value your money or time.

Update: after leaving my negative review on 2/6/25 I noticed the next day this page went from having 0 5 star reviews to having 11 very generic ones. Likely this company spoofing reviews, very shady and exactly what I’d expect from them.

Initially left a 1 star review unhappy with my service due to a delay and lack of communication on the inventory being out of stock. Customer service reached out and sent extra products free of charge to make things right. I truly appreciate the efforts to reconcile and I am happy with how the issue was resolved. Thank you!

It’s a great product but the company suddenly won’t communicate when an order shows it has not shipped. Now I’m stuck here deployed without the item I paid for. I’m sad because I really like their preworkout but I can’t do business with a shady company. I’ve emailed 4 times, used their website to inquire about my order and nothing. I am so disappointed and frustrated with chaos and pain. Take your money elsewhere.

Update-They emailed me back, made promises to fix the issue but still haven’t shipped my package.

COMPLETE SCAM

They take your money, and refuse to send the products you ordered and refuse to give a refund.

I’ve wasted around 400 USD on this trash company, please don’t make my mistake and STAY AWAY from them.

The person replying at customer service emails does so without identifying themselves, and writes in a very unproffesional manner things like «sure, ll get that done for ya» and does nothing.

My order hadn't been sent out for a long-ish time and I was getting a bit worried. However, the company reached out to me personally, I really appreciate the professionalism.
