Sort out the app . Nothing loads you cannot watch anything as it doesn’t load . I do not watch anything because it’s frustrating and annoying !!

Just an abysmally unprofessional and outdated media platform. Presenters are superficial, clueless, and shockingly ignorant about Boston geography and its institutions.

Some good shows, but my 5 app is ridiculous with ads. Literally can’t watch anything. Pathetic

This is by far the worst streaming app Ive ever had the misfortune to use I will never you it again until they sort it.
Subtitles go off after every very very long advert break it keeps crashing do not use

When watching live, which I try not to, due to the ads, the ads are the same time and time again.... when streaming the experience is dire as there are so many ads, which keep repeating. If there was an option to pay for ad free it would be acceptable as there is some good dramas on channel 5 but for some reason, this is not an option available. I have emailed channel 5 asking for their reason but as yet have no answer. I watch a lot of TV and find this channel very frustrating.

Terrible takes you ages to watch one programme keeps going off then the adverts keep coming on. Or it takes you right back to beginning of programmes

If I was an advertiser I would consider it damaging my brand to be associated with such a poor and glitchy Chanel. It’s just rubbish. Not worth the bother.

Absolutely dreadful. How can they expect anyone to subscribe to something as bad as ch 5.

Looked in the app on my Sony TV and saw I could watch Blue Bloods from the beginning - great! I've just about managed 4 episodes - the app has just stopped working - frequently! But not during one of the many adverts - they stream without a problem! So, like others, I've given up... tell your advertisers I won't be back so they're wasting their money!

Having to sign in every time! Excessive advertising. Ads actually come on mid sentence and every 5 minutes!! Not able to forward or rewind. Poor streaming. So cannot be bothered with it

Failed to register.
It didn't recognise my email address format, which I use all the time quite well.
It said my name should contain only letters, it did.
It didn't recognise my postcode.
I guess I'll not be watching My5 so I really can't say anymore about their service, or lack of.
Very poor experience.

Why advertise programs as view the whole series now when it’s not available? Such as rich holiday poor holiday.. buffering after adverts

I was 30 minutes into watching cooper and frye and was hit with round 2 of adverts. I don't mind a few, until I saw this was showing 1 out of 11 adverts and each one was around 30 seconds each!! ridiculous and I happily uninstalled the app. Waste of time.....literally!!

Terrible, constantly crashes or freezes, impossible to watch a program from start to finish.

l would not give this channel a 0, 0.0,es[ecialt Jeremy Vine, the panel are so bias, unqualifies to give views on the subject matter, as soon as l know certain panelists like Mr Pary sand Carole Malone this is coming on, l now switch over, a man full of hate and desperate attempts at and incapable giving a sensible comment, who must obviously keep his brains in a box on the mamlwe piece, so full of cronies you can almost predict who is the panelists, this show keeps telling people to call but do not answer the phone, ripping people off with premium telephone numbers, it wants taking off the air for their practices, to outline what is naff about this chanel l would need a book in volumes

Shambles, in this day and age your app is still absolute tripe, crashes, freezes, missing episodes.

Like most of there programs and have for years but ..Take the piss with the adverts ..it's getting longer it's boring and makes me stop watching and leaving it for another time ... It's frustrating because it's all across the board
