Bad service from these people. Oil leaking from car.

I purchased the van on the basis they said they would fill the air con gas tank and replace the cam belt, with a mot and service. When picking up the van they confirmed all sorted. I drove the van home and noticed black smoke to be coming out of the exhaust, window washer pump not working ( red flag, how did it pass MOT if this wasn’t working???) air con not working, stop/start not working. They agreed to have a look at these issues and resolve. They sorted the washer, and I had to go back for the air con whilst they await delivery ( they replaced the pump and not filled it with gas, another costs I’ve had to pay for) The engine light came on again 4 times, each time I took it back they kept it the whole day, I lost 4 days of work due to having to keep taking it back for the engine light. They never said what the issue was and now assume they basically just switch the light off. By this time I no longer trust them so took it to my local garage to diagnose and double check if the cam belt was replaced, they confirmed the fan belt needs replacing ( hence the engine light) and the cam belt has NOT been replaced.
I’m so disappointed in this company, I’ve only had the van 2 months! And have had to pay for repairs including the cam belt out of my own money despite it being under warranty. I totally recommend not to buy from this place.

The sales man was friendly and supportive when he found out however nothing has been done about it and I don’t trust the repair centre so don’t even want to take my van there. The only aspect that would make me happy is for them to reimburse me for the money I have had to pay for the repairs.

We have been using this garage for the past few years and we always have had a good experience. However, my husband went to drop the car today for minor issue and the staff in the office was way too rude to him and asked him to take the car back. I would recommend if this guy does not like his job he should find a better job for him. He needs to learn some manners to deal with customers.

I looked at reviews more good then bad but bad ones are for real I would think. But always get some bad onesI was thinking of going to look at vans there but not sure now don't know what to believe if people have problems with vehicles then the garage should sort them out and not blame other people for parts breaking down I'll decide later what to do

AVOID THIS COMPANY! THEY SELL YOU NOT ROADWORTHY CAR PRETENDING IT IS GOOD QUALITY! ACCORDING TO RAC ENGINEER'S REPORT THE CAR I BOUGH FROM THIS COMPANY IS NOT ROADWORTHY! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS IF DON'T WANT TO GET IN TROUBLE!

I have used this garage for many years and found the staff pleasant, helpful and understanding. The Manager Vinnie has always been fair and has actually repaired my car on the same morning when I broke down to save me losing time from work. The workmanship has always been excellent by skilled mechanics, always taking time to explain exactly what work has been carried out. Thank you to all the staff for being so helpful and keeping me on the road.

Please do not buy from these cowboys. Save your money and go somewhere else. How this garage is still robbing people I don’t understand

Purchased a car from this shoddy car company on 22/07/20 after travelling 150 miles for the pleasure only to have the car fail on me 30 minutes after pick up leaving me stranded on the m40, no money no way of getting home police and highways agency attended police ran check on car only to find out dealership had lied about there being 24 hours drive away insurance so now car impounded and me stuck in Cherwell services for the night begging lorry drivers for a lift to Kent,chana car sales can have the peace of rubbish back and be expecting a call from trading standards,by the way chana you can foot the bill for the impoundment costs, useless company ,a day too soon if I’m ever at your door again.!!!!!

Car put through cowboy MOT, Air con broken, sills all filled and sprayed, wrong battery fitted with no mount, brakes completely shot. Terrible
