Great experience from the start, Josh really took the time to understand the business requirements, what i was looking for and whilst it took a while to get over the line, Josh continued to support with ad hoc requirements etc. Erika has now jumped into support with onboarding etc, AMAZING!!! Great system, great team! HUGE lover of Chameleon!!!
The onboarding is excellent, the tool itself is easy to onboard into the org, and the Chameleon team's knowledge and availability to help or advise with anything is gold star. In my experience, you don't get this type of personalised service with other authoring tools.
We selected Chameleon Creator two months ago and I've been really impressed with the tool and the service levels. Whenever I submit a question I also hear back with an answer really quickly. The tool was cheaper than other tools on the market and it does exactly what I need.

The whole team at Chameleon Creator are amazing humans and such a pleasure to connect with! It's clear everyone is passionate about the product, their service, and that translates through everything they do. I love how the product continues to evolve and really is a game changer for anyone at any level creating SCORM content. Kudos!
Chameleon is a great tool and I'm really enjoying using it. It's very intuitive to use and the are really slick.
The customer service is next level amazing! The Chameleon team are so quick to respond and open to feedback. This is something I've not experienced with other providers.
I think there is still room for improvement with some of the interactions, which I've fed back to the team about directly. However, all in all, it is a great tool and I will continue to use it to create great learning outputs.

It's so easy to create great looking content, fast. Simple to use and turn out professional looking material without getting lost in endless menus or wading through the 90% of features that you'll never use that other products have loaded themselves up with.

Trial support and ongoing development support has been second to none. Tool is really easy to use and takes the best bits of others and combines into one superb authoring tool.

Love this design software that makes creating easier - especially once you have a handle on it.
We could have done with more documented instructions as it's very much "learn as you go" (not everyone's preferred way to learn) making the initial period a bit frustrating while you are much slower and lots of trial and error.
Have enjoyed great service from the Chameleon team, they have been very helpful.
