No Dark Mode
Might sound silly, but on my phone late at night the bright white background really hurts my eyes. No option to switch to a darker theme, so I end up just closing it sooner than planned.

Too many emails
Signed up, deposited once, lost, fine whatever. But now they spam me almost daily with promos I don’t want. I unsubscribed twice and still getting “exclusive offers”. That’s actually what made me write this.

Loyalty points worthless
You earn points while you play, but when I checked the shop, the exchange rate is a joke. Need to lose a fortune just to get a few free spins back. Basically just decoration.

Kinda Sketchy Chat Responses
Asked support if specific games count towards wagering and got two different answers from two agents. When real money is involved, that inconsistency feels sketchy. How am I supposed to trust anything else they say?

Annoying leaderboard spam
Constant little windows popping up saying “Player X just won Y”. It’s obviously to make you think everyone else is winning. I turned off notifications, but they still show sometimes. Feels manipulative.
