Wouldn’t recommend
I ordered 3 expensive blankets, emailed them to ask if I can return them because I don’t like the quality, never heard back from them. They have literally blanked me.
Their policy says discounted items cannot be returned??
I wouldn’t order from this company again.

Two items missing from order
Two items missing from order. I have emailed them but no reply.
Thanks, updating my reply. I did order nesting tins... on the second item.
But the first line on the order, which has multiple lines, is orange order for qty 3 of the dahlia tins. Not nesting. 3 seperate tins. You sent one. I paid for 3 the order says 3. Presently I have paid £45 for one of those tins. Thanks for making me out as the idiot. Great customer service. Please check your spam mail for customer emails.

You ordered the set of 3 nesting cake tins. If you open the large cake tin , you’ll find the the cake tins are stacked inside each other

Not arrived yet after 10days
Not arrived yet after 10days. Tracking showed late in dispatch ( after prompt from me!) and very slow with parcel force. I am going on holiday early Monday morning and seems unlikely it will arrive on time. Very disappointing! Unlikely to use company again

I’m so sorry for the delay. We have been moving to a new warehouse & have also had issues with our main courier , Royal Mail. All these delays have now been resolved. It was very unfortunate that your order was right in the middle of these issues. We are really so sorry for the inconvenience caused.
If you look at the other reviews , you will see that we are quite prompt with our deliveries.
