We have used Chaka Travel on few of our golfing holidays and they have been excellent, we've had no problems with any of them.
Gareth has been very helpful in booking our next golf holiday to Sicily.
Would definitely recommend them, certainly makes your booking lot easier.

Second time we have booked a golf holiday to Mauritius with Breanne. On both occasions Breanne has been extremely helpful and willing to look at different options for us. Breanne has also provided local knowledge to ensure we maximise our experience.

We dealt with Breanne, who was super efficient, very Knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
We tried a few agents for the same Package and Chaka Travel gave us the best price.

Just booked two weeks golf and leisure trip to Mauritius for myself and my wife. The booking process was very straight forward and Gerard was very helpful. I had checked prices with British Airways and Tui before contacting Chaka and their prices were very competitive. As well as getting the best price you also get a better personalised service from someone who knows the destination. I am looking forward to our holiday next month and would recommend Chaka travel.

We have just booked a golfing holiday to Mauritius next year which, with the help of Gerard, has been a very easy and trouble-free experience. He offered a great personalised service answering all my questions and queries quickly and professionally.

Support throughout the trip was very reassuring with contacts provided by WhatsApp. The teams provided at each destination transit point made transfers seemless and stress-free. I would not hesitate to use Gerrard again, and highly recommend the company. His interpretation of our trip needs was second to none. We are already working on another trip with the company. Have planned to go to South Africa next Feb/March with Gerard, so cannot comment on the holiday itself. However booking has been a great experience. Gerard listened to what we were interested in doing on the trip and came up with a great itinerary. Any slight issues were quickly rectified by offering suitable alternatives. Not pushy in the slightest and appears very knowledgable on the country. So far it has been a pleasure to deal with them and would recommend the company to our friends and family

A while ago I wrote a review of how delighted my wife and I were by the quality of the organisation of a 2 week golfing holiday to the Dominican Republic that we were about to go on.

This trip had been organised by Gerard Watson, the sales director of Chaka Travel.

Having now returned from that holiday I felt that I
should let readers know that our actual experience was just as good as we had anticipated after Gerard’s hard work.

We had a faultless two weeks. Our accommodation and hospitality at the Sanctuary Resort in Cap Cana and at the Casa de Campo Resort at @ was definitely of 5 star quality.

The Golf Courses and practice facilities in Cap Cana and at Casa de Campo were also absolutely first class.

In both resorts my wife, who is not a golfer, was able to relax each day by beautiful pool facilities or on gorgeous beaches. I joined her when I was not playing or practicing.

The only negative experience of our trip was the flight delays at Gatwick airport on our outward and return journeys, which were caused by staffing issues.

However, thanks to the Trip Plan app which Gerard made available to us we were made aware in advance of these delays. The App also provided us with a wealth of invaluable information about all practical aspects of our trip.

We both want to say an enormous thanks to Gerard and Chaka Travel.

Our next holiday will definitely be booked through Chaka and we hope that the organisation will be done by Gerard!

We have just returned from our memorable trip to The Masters organised by Gareth Llewellyn and we can't thank him enough for the impeccable organisation. We were sent detailed itineraries and useful information regarding the trip prior to leaving. Upon arrival at our hotel, we were greeted in person, our schedule and goodies were already in our hotel room and we knew exactly where we needed to be and at what time and the whole experience ran like clockwork! The personal service and attention to detail was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gareth to anybody/organisation looking to do the trip. Can't wait for our next one!

I used to be a travel agent myself and had always arranged my trips independently until we lost quite a lot of money on flights cancelled due to the pandemic. I sent a request to Chaka Travel about a trip to the Seychelles then and Gerard Watson has become our guide for golf holidays since then. He has always been a wealth of experience and good advice on travel with children, kids clubs etc. I know that travel agents are physically unable to visit every hotel they recommend, but Gerard obviously has been to the places he sent us too and has always been receptive to our feedback. He is always very efficient and supportive. I have now entrusted most of our family holidays into his hands. We have travelled to the Seychelles and Mauritius with Chaka Travel. We have Turkey, Portugal, Mauritius booked to go to within the year ahead.

Too soon to give a 5, but I expect that to be achieved by Chaka. This is the second time we have used their expertise, so we have high expectations, and so far dealing with Gerard and Brianne has been relaxed, informative and reassuring. Everyone wants to be helpful, and they do what they say. You feel they are trustworthy, while telling you as it is to be found, pointing out things that may get overlooked in the excitement. Yes, I'm enjoying the interaction.

Gareth Llewellyn booked the flights, seats, airport transfers, the hotel and all the golf and transfers to and from the hotel. Everything was spot on. We have no hesitation in recommending Chaka Travel and will feel very confident when booking our next trip through Gareth.
