I opened account Cfi kuwait / confuse about their business model
I opened account Cfi kuwait , and traded iam beginner and I have been lost 14,000 usd ,
but I realize that's cfi is market maker that's is huge red flag I guess of bieng market maker as making trades internally , that possible manuplate the trade some how not connected to liquidity flow ..
I talked with my account manager and she said they are not market maker and they stp or ecn .,
doesn't matter when I search through google and chat gpt is written as they are market maker

I strongly advise against using this broker. I have experienced repeated issues with unfair spread spikes that don't reflect the actual market conditions. More importantly, their servers frequently disconnect during high-volatility periods, making it impossible to manage or close trades. This lack of transparency and technical manipulation is unacceptable. Stay away to protect your capital

I'm not happy with cfi to withdraw…
I'm not happy with cfi to withdraw money is a very big problem, I can't withdraw money but only to deposit. Two days ago 30 dollars was illegally deducted from my account and I told my account officer she didn't resolve the issue if I send voice note she will not read it.

مرحبا ، اودعت مبلغ للحساب لفرع سي اف اي موريشوس عن طريق محفظة الرقمية وتم الايداع في دقايق ، وعند السحب للان ٤ ايام ما تم السحب وما في رد بالايميل مافي اي اهتمام من طرفهم
ما انصح احد يتعامل معهم وباذن الله راح اسحب فلوسي منهم سواء من فرع موريشوس وفرع دبي

The worst broker I've ever dealt with
The worst broker I've ever dealt with.
Each trade must have a spillage in only these 2 days i want more than 10k in slippages only the mt5 creates gaps and always crashing.
Been asking for a refund they are not answering .
Been trading for 2 years and I asked for my trading history there is more than 400 k in slippages for fhe past 2 years am taking this to a court soon and I have all the pictures and photos to back everything up.
I even sent to main hub dubai and they dont care , cfi jordan
