Reply: Having said that, we do not see the team here had missed on anything in this case and we take this rating as an event of "customer was unable to locate the email and the rating is incorrect". We are glad that you have successfully passed your PRINCE2 Certification with us.
Response: I have informed you the issue almost 4 times still you are trying to post your own perception as the reply. This was your team responsibility to ensure the access should be given to me which was ignored even after reminders. I am not failed to locate your email but was never shared any mail with correct access credentials. However, I have tested my access now and the issue is resolved. I am assuming, again this issue will not come up in future till 16th Jun 2017.

Thank you for the time on call! We understand that you were not able to locate the course access email. As per our records the access has been granted on receipt of your payment. We expect our candidates to check their email for the access details (there are times where the email would have landed in junk/ spam folder or you may have missed on the particular email). However, I have resent the access details to you again, hope this time you should be able to see it :), if not we will wait for another one star for something which is beyond our control.

Good Job few more steps will make it great
Yes I really enjoyed the time I had with Certprime and especially with Maya, she has been very responsive all time. She never let me down and never took time to respond to any query even on their weekend. What I felt which is missing here that the other person who were helping in registration and other stuff they were very hurry and didn't notice that few things are missed which really create some good gaps and delays and which cause some high tides during the time.

Exams cost are high when compared with other partners and there is no much visibility and focus with Certprime.
Proper follow-ups are not available.
