Upload a photo or PDF of your document, see the price before you pay, and receive your certified translation by email, usually within minutes for standard documents. Every order includes a word-for-word translation, a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy on company letterhead with a unique order number, a copy of your original, and a public verification link so any office can confirm that the document we issued is genuine and unaltered. We translate birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates, diplomas and transcripts, police clearance certificates, national ID cards, passports, driver's licenses, bank statements, residence certificates and similar records, from more than 60 languages. How we work: translations are produced with AI-assisted tools and checked by a person before delivery. Handwritten, faint or unusual documents go to manual review within 24 hours instead of being guessed, and anything genuinely unreadable is marked as such rather than invented. If a name is spelled differently on your passport, tell us and we re-issue the translation at no charge. What we do not do: we do not notarize, and we do not promise the outcome of any application. That decision belongs to the office receiving your documents, and we would rather say so than sell you a promise.
