Stay away from this company!!! I ordered a wooden highland cow serving platter, and after 4 weeks when it didn’t arrive, I requested a refund and was refused, being told they would send another one out. After another 2 months and many more complaints, it finally arrived today…and I was SOOOO disappointed!!! The platter, is literally the size of my hand!!! Each groove in the platter can literally hold a single cherry tomato only. How bloody pointless! This company are one of the worst!!!!

I put a order in on 9/1/26 . Since then have not recieved my parcell sent a email there reply was they will resend and still nothing so 2nd email sent asking for a refund reply was it will arrive soon , once again still no parcell , i recomend tat nobody buys from this company

Ordered over the shoulder wallets months ago.. Have been trying to track item or get money back since. On March 13 called them out on their scam. Got response they would send out replacement with tracking. Daily updates as to where parcel is located is fake. Latest communication is to go to local ppst office to pick up? Nothing @ PO. This is scam vendor. Alert your friends.

To begin with this is not a serious or honest company by any means.
I ordered an item and quite fast got a tracking email. This was their own tracking method with just a long row of numbers, not connected to any shipping company. This was a first warning sign to me. The second warning appeared when the shipment went from the United States...
Note that this is a Chinese company, not an American one like they want you to believe.
For weeks they sent me false tracking messages and and always claimed It was soon to arrive.
When supposed to be in Sweden the tracking was impossible to show their shipping partner, and so it went on. The support answered my emails with vague information, always reassuring everything was in order. However, they couldn't give me a usable tracking number...

The conclusion is that they never sent the order, just took my money and hoped for the best outcome for them.
In the end I opened a case through PayPal and immediately got my money back - that tells a bit about Certainow.com
So, this is a typical blueprint of a Chinese scamming company.

I placed an order, for magnetic bookmarks during a “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” promotion. I only received two items, and the promotional offer was not applied.
I also noticed a discrepancy between the order confirmation total ($26.81) and what was actually charged to my card ($32.17). I reached out multiple times, providing all the details and screenshots. After three follow-ups with no response, I finally got a short message asking me to resend the same information — and then they went silent again.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. After such a long delay and lack of accountability, I can’t recommend this company to anyone.

This is a scam website. My order has not arrived and there is apparently no recourse. Avoid!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I purchased an item for a friend while on a call. She managed to get one at the same time I ordered. I cancelled 1 minute after placing. I sent screenshot confirming this and requested a cancellation as per the website instructions. I was told they couldn't cancel as my order had already shipped.
Now I know some places are quick to ship, but 1 minute after ordering??
Paypal of course doesn't cover cancellations so nothing they could do. Even after providing evidence this had in fact NOT shipped until 2 days AFTER they had said it was.

I have then requested (after receiving) to return it. As they have said returns should be made to a specific address they will provide only.

Absolutely zero replies. They have blanked every email I have sent. Again PayPal have been useless so I have been in discussion with their legal team.

Do not deal with this absolute scam of a site. The products are terrible, the customer service is even worse.

Bought an advent calendar advertised on Instagram. Took over 2 weeks to arrive. Product not as described, cheap awful tat. False advertising. Can’t believe I fell for it. Some products were not even present. Website states full money back guarantee which is not the case after back and forth emails they agreed to refund £8 I payed £28! Absolute scam website DO NOT USE

Ordered a stone cat sculpture, took over a month to arrive and was not as it was described. Was cheap plastic not polished black stone and was awful quality. Could not contact supplier as it said I was locked out of my account. Would never use them again. Wish I could upload a picture of what was advertised compared to what was delivered. Absolute con. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely a scam. Ordered an item, after 2 months it still haven't come. They said they checked with the post office and there "was an issue". Said that they could resend only if I paid for the previous postage and covered the cost of the lost item.

Shame on me for buying things from IG..

Thieves don't buy from them. I order some items, i received the invoice, but when the paypal payment receipt came through it was for more money than they invoice. I tried to cancel the order through certainow and PayPal with no success. Certainow now spun PayPal some rubbish and they closed the case with contacting me. So to start with i was overcharged. I have received regular emails showing the status of the shipment but for some reason the last update shows my item in Ireland, i live in the UK. I've tried to open a dispute with PayPal but can't because the query about the over payment has been closed and you cant re open a case on this transaction once one has been closed. PayPal have been provided tracking details showing the item being posted in China and being delivered to me on the 14/01 at 11.24am. It wasn't, the details I've been receiving by email showing the item being posted from the USA and arriving in Belfast on the 14/01. Certainow aren't replying to emails, PayPal won't help in any way as the dispute over the over charge means it can't be reopened. The bank won't help as the PayPal payment is classed as a direct debit and failure for items to arrive isnt covered. Basically this company has defrauded me of £50 which i will never recover, it's a clever set up, the way the screw you with PayPal. Conned by Chinese criminals, let down by PayPal and ignored by the bank. These positive reviews on here are fake, this company will steal your money take it from someone who's been well and truly conned. Certainow customer services send email saying there on holiday when ever you try to contact them. I will be closing my PayPal account too as there sh!t.

Order arrived after 60 days and they gave it to another person. I wrote many e-mails to their support asking for the refund since they didn't now where my order was ( it was written in the shipment info that it would arrive after 7 days) and they didn't solve the situation.

Picked up these sports glasses recently. Not bad quality, seem durable for regular use. Intelligent photochromic feature adjusts well under different lighting conditions. They took around two weeks to arrive, which is a bit longer than expected. Priced moderately, offering decent value without being exceptional.

You will not get your purchase or it will be low quality. You need to get your money back by disputing the transaction with your bank or PayPal which is what I'm doing. I never received my item and all their other customers say the same. The good reviews are fake and there are websites that say this company is fraudulent. Steer clear of them or you will regret it. Too bad I can't give 0 stars.
