The rose we ordered was beautiful.But the first one was delivered smashed.On reporting this to Ceramic Flowers we had an answer in 2hrs and a replacement sent which was in far better packaging and arrived whole

The ceramics are just lovely
The ceramics i received were so lovely, much better then i expected, very strong, heavy, and arrived when told they will. i have not yet put then where they will end up, but i know they will look just as i want.
