Thomas was excellent to deal with. He was very proactive and worked hard to find the exact flight we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. Very professional and knowledgeable about different airlines and what they offered. I highly recommend him to anyone trying to save money.

Despite all the inconveniences we encountered while trying to get the best deal to fly to Italy for two children and three adults, Xavier Noah went out of his way to find the best prices and flight combinations.

We also had several issues while booking our final tickets, but Xavier always answered every call and managed to resolve every problem until our tickets were fully booked, confirmed, and even our seats assigned.

Very professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about the travel market. Highly recommended.

My wife and I were planning a trip to Europe, with multiple flights. I contacted a few different business class level companies to look for flights. Our process started months ago and we booked our cruise and hotels, so our flights needed to work with our specific dates. Most of the companies dropped off as we were still hesitant to book due to a sickness in our family. Anyway, Xavier at CEO Flights was the only staff member that consistently stayed in touch, even 3-4 months after initial contact. He was able to beat United’s price by several thousand dollars per ticket vs United’s online price

Manu was very helpful providing a lot of different options.

When your agent needed me to complete the booking and pay, he was calling me every 20-30 minutes, despite me telling him that I was in a store, driving etc. But after I paid the invoice, he disappeared for 4 hours. He responded only after I said I was going to call my credit card and dispute the transaction because it appeared to be fraudulent. He added a $25 gratuity for himself, despite me telling him that he doesn’t deserve any gratuity.

Professional, courteous. Responds timely and got me a good price. Agent Bea Tan always does the best for me.

I’m extremely disappointed with this company! They sell you the flight tickets which are very expensive by the way and then you are on your own! I had to plan my trip pretty much by myself and do the thinking for them and all the work for them. The customer service is very poor and they make a lot of mistakes!! Be aware!!!!!

Listen to my needs and very patient. Will recommend to my friends
