I've used Central Car Lease a number of times and found them to be helpful and reliable. In comparison to other company's they always offer good deals at lower prices. I've recently leased with them and frustratingly there were issues with the finance company and vehicle dealership. Centrals Admin team in particular Josh were excellent keeping me informed every day. The issue was resolved but only thanks to Josh and the team constantly chasing the dealer and finance company. To summarise Great company from Sales to Admin would highly recommend them.

Initial conversations helpful and the pricing competitive. However, communication was very bad. I waited around 10 days for updates after completing a finance application, and by the time things progressed, the vehicles/colours I was interested in were no longer available. I ultimately didn't proceed.

Helpful when I spoke to someone, but I had to send three follow-up emails and leave two phone messages just to get updates. Being understaffed may explain it, but it doesn't make the experience any less frustrating.

An easy to navigate website with simple transparent pricing that also happens to be incredibly competitive, backed up by a quick and simple application process with minimal fuss all concluded in a polite but straight forward conclusion without additional sales or fuss.
