The garage have always been helpful and friendly. Since moving to the village back in 2021 they have always serviced and MOT my car. Tim and Elaine are very nice people and eager to please.
I took my Honda CRV for some electrical work and i was very happy with thier service and charges
Long term customer of 7 years plus and always had a positive experience. Whether it is a routine servicing or project builds, I can't recommend the team enough.
Replaced turbo on car fantastic service would highly recommend.
I have been using Central Garage to service and mot my aging Honda Civic for several years. They're always efficent and helpful and i trust the quotes I receive. Communication is excellent. They even came to my house when a tyre disintegrated on my driveway. I won't use anyone else.

Central Garage was very helpful when my car had an issue. They put me in touch with a towing/recovery service, kept me informed with what was found, and we're fast and efficient with getting the work done. I will definitely use their services for my future needs.

Came here for the first time to fix a tire that ended up having a puncture in it. Worked me in with the rest of their work as I was a walk in and they were super nice. I would definitely recommend to others

I cannot recommend Central Garage Lakenheath highly enough. My air conditioning suddenly stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year, and with a newborn baby in the car I was really worried. Despite how busy they were, they got me in and looked at my vehicle the very same day, which I was incredibly grateful for.
The lady on reception is one of the kindest, most caring people you could hope to meet. She always makes you feel welcome and genuinely goes out of her way to help.
I’ve been using Central Garage for years, and even though I now live 45 minutes away, I still choose to bring my car here because I know I’ll receive honest, reliable service and be looked after properly. The whole team goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of, and they’re incredibly flexible and accommodating whenever unexpected problems arise.
It’s rare to find a garage you can trust completely, but Central Garage has earned my loyalty time and time again. Thank you for another fantastic experience!

Left my MOT right until the last minute and was pancaking to get it booked in called here very polite and friendly they managed to squeeze me in to get my MOT done

My vehicle broke down and was relayed to this garage for repair after they removed parts and fuel tank because it would not start it did not solve it,
Then it was just a relay needed but when I collected it when it was ready fuel was poring from the tank,that they removed and put back in with mastic and over a £1000 had to take it to main dealer and was repaired in no time,would never use again total rip off.
My daughter broke down near this garage 160 miles from home with her 4 year old. The car was towed to them and my daughter returned home. When she called them she was told the head gasket had gone and the engine destroyed. It will cost more to fix than the vehicles worth. This diagnosis took 20 minutes. I had the car relayed home to my local garage for a second opinion. Well, today we got the result. Broken fan belt, battery recharged and car now functions as it should. You are an absolute disgrace. You tried to get my daughter to relinquish her car so you could fix it cheap and sell it. You took total advantage of a lone female distressed about her car. No wonder women are intimidated by garages with sexist scumbags like you out there. You even had the absolute cheek to ask who was paying for diagnostics. You will be referred to Trading Standards. If I could leave a 0 review I would.
DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE! Just another company trying to con Americans. Husband took his car in for an MOT , it failed fair enough. They ordered the parts , then when it came to doing the work said the frame was beyond help and stacked up a list of other problems the car supposedly had. Convinced him to sell it to them for £200 as it was “irreparable” and would cost thousands to fix……… two weeks later it’s back on the road. Absolute con artists, just another garage taking advantage of people who don’t know anything about cars
Avoid this garage. My daughter took her little car there with an oil leak, they said leave it here we can sort it.
She went to pick it up a few days later, £180.00 paid.
Checked the car the next day and still has oil leak. Spoke with the garage and the reply was, must be your head gasket then.
No mention of bring it back and we will sort it and knock £180 off the cost to repair it.
I will be contacting them myself to see if there is anything they are prepared to do.
Will update when something changes.
I still believe a garage would know if it’s the head gasket or something else.
You took £180 of my daughter and the oil leak is no better.
I shall update this review on Saturday after they have been to see you.
All I ask is a fair outcome, nothing more nothing less.

Hi Jason – I am sorry you feel this way; when Shane, your daughter and I discussed the oil leak last night, I mentioned that it could be a number of things, including the head gasket, the original diagnosis. Your daughter said she did not want to do the head gasket and would run it as it was. Shane, your daughter and I have discussed the matter today and we are going to have a look at the current oil leak.
