Just bought few products and asked him to remove one item and refund the amount. Though it was not shipped but still charged 20% cancellation fee. This is not fair

This person is not even a customer of Central Cosmetics and have too much time on their hands to leave a rating/comment like this when they haven't even purchased any stock from us.
We respond to all queires within a 24 hour time frame, our website has all information about shipping, MOQ, price list etc.
The reason we are not on companies house is because we are not a limited company and are a sole trader business.
All of our products are genuine sourced directly from the brand owners through the supply chain.
'Be aware of purchasing fake products or being scammed' this comment left by Stefan who has never contacted us or purchased from us to have a buying experience and to leave a comment like this. Our regular and loyal customers who do purchase of us see the great customers service and the brand new nice stock that is supplied to them on a regular basis from Central Cosmetics.
Everybody is in safe hands when it comes to purchasing from Central Cosmetics, we take upmost care and attention when it comes to stock, orders & customer experience as a whole.
