The staff were amazing so helpful…
The staff were amazing so helpful especially Tracey who is definitely in the right job. Her compassion and thoughtfulness was just what I needed to cope with a very difficult time. At no time were we rushed when we came to see my husband and on the day the the respect and courtesy shown by everyone including wearing blue ties in line with our Birmingham city football club theme. We are a big family and the funeral could not have been more perfect for Dave. Thank you

Respectful, helpful and supportive.

Professionalism right from the word go.
From the moment they picked our mom up from home they were very respectful, kind and considerate. The ladies especially Nancy looked after us in our time of need even when we couldn’t make decisions or kept changing our minds. She was very patient and always there when we needed her. The Co-Op Funeral Directors have been established for a long time and I can understand why. Their professionalism is next to none. Thank you.

always a staff member to welcome and advise me .Knowing myself and my sons to help us throughout the whole process and always telling us of what would happen next.They were so respectful of my late husband,their dad,every time they spoke of him.
