The team were very helpful and supportive in an obviously difficult time. They were respectful and took the time to explain and answer questions to help us understand and achieve the send off we wanted.

Professionalism right from the word go.
From the moment they picked our mom up from home they were very respectful, kind and considerate. The ladies especially Nancy looked after us in our time of need even when we couldn’t make decisions or kept changing our minds. She was very patient and always there when we needed her. The Co-Op Funeral Directors have been established for a long time and I can understand why. Their professionalism is next to none. Thank you.

always a staff member to welcome and…
always a staff member to welcome and advise me .Knowing myself and my sons to help us throughout the whole process and always telling us of what would happen next.They were so respectful of my late husband,their dad,every time they spoke of him. We never felt uncomfortable or rushed.The day of the funeral was faultless .

Every member of the team was kind, considerate, efficient and very professional.
In particular, Kaye at the Churchdown funeral home was so reassuring and incredibly well organised. I felt supported through every stage of the funeral and interment arrangements.

From our 1st visit to the funeral palour right up untill the day of the funeral everything was absolutly perfect . The staff amazing , the flowers beautiful , Debrorah leading the service was so caring and did my mum proud . So a big thank you to all .

We cannot thank the co op funeral care team enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed while organising my fathers funeral. I would like to say a special thanks to Mandy,who guided us through every step with such kindness, patience, and understanding during a very difficult time.Mandy made everything feel so much easier by taking care of every detail and keeping us informed throughout the process. She listened to our wishes,treated our family with genuine compassion, and ensured everything was organised perfectly. On the day of the funeral, everything was carried out with dignity and respect, allowing us to focus on remembering and celebrating my fathers life.
We are truly grateful to Mandy and the entire Co Op team for their outstanding support. We would highly recommend the Co Op to anyone looking for a caring ,professional, and compassionate funeral service .
