Hello,
I must refute all your claims and say that they are fake, you never used our services so you are not competent to talk about the quality of our service, nor the technical support.
I have just check your account and can confirm that you have ordered the service with us and you have not confirm the transaction via your PayPal account e-mail address. You sent a few queries to our technical support and provided false information indicating that you do not know which email address is for your PayPal account. We have cancelled your order and refunded your funds to the PayPal account. We do not approve any criminal activities, and you have tried to buy from a PayPal account without the knowledge of the PayPal account owner.
