Service was first class, staff were very very helpful , liked the fact that when I ordered some tools and paid online, they rang me back to confirm order, and other details before releasing items, this helps towards people getting scammed.

Disappointing experience from a local trader.
Firstly, tried to buy LED strip light from shop-not in stock. Then tried to order one to be picked up from shop later in the week and told it would cost me over £5 just to have it moved from storage to their own shop. Decided to just buy online and have it delivered to my work to make collection easier, only to receive an email later in the day to inform me that there was none in stock to deliver and when I asked about an eta for delivery they said around 17th of July. I asked for a refund, got it later in the day or next day and ordered my LED strip lights from Lampshoponline.com, who gave me impeccable service. Disappointing experience from a local trader.
