Yesterday and today I have received exceptional service over the phone from Jamie Burns at CEF Guildford. His knowledge and dedication in finding a solution for my urgent shopping list of items was incredible and he suceeded at 4.30 on a Friday afternoon. Thank you so much Jamie.

Friendly, helpful service. Ordered online and delivered the following morning. Better than the Royal Mail! Only criticism was that I had first driven to the store as the website said they had 13 of the item in stock, but when I got there they said they didn't hold stock in store.

Great Value and Great Service
Always a pleasure to deal with CEF and specifically my local branch in Guildford. The staff are always friendly, polite, helpful and professional.
CEF stock all the parts and equipment I need and if it isn't in stock for immediate collection it will be delivered either to one of their many stores for pick up, or to a site address normally the next day.
A good range of quality stock normally means that if the first choice item isn't available there will be an alternative item to make sure we don't get stuck.

Able to easily order into a local store and good communication from the Guildford store as to when my order was ready.
Easy to pick up and lots of parking.
