However customer service was excellent and Left me feeling a lot less aggrieved.

Great service
As I had a question about the cable I rang my local branch who were very helpful. As they were out of stock, they offered to get some in but as I wanted it delivered I ordered online which was quick and easy. Cable arrived next day. Great service.
