The bangor branch are great
The bangor branch have some unbelievable staff who go above and beyond to cater to any order I send their way. From small orders to things that need ordered in for job specific tasks.
Jake is the new Beth and he’s just a delight to speak to in the mornings. He may even be better.
Austin runs the place with an iron fist and the place runs like clockwork!

Don't inform you when goods have arrived at depot
-Poor, unreliable depot at Bangor.
-Ordered goods (expensive EV charger, no less) on Sunday on line, for Wednesday delivery to Bangor depot - so far so good.
-Wednesday - nothing heard. Phoned Bangor depot - clueless! Told to ring customer services.
-Phoned customer services, and after a wait, got though to helpful person through chat (not a bot, good!)
-She had to phone Bangor depot; hanging on, hanging on... eventually, yes goods are there! Arrived yesterday in fact.
CEF: When were you actually going to tell me?!
Collected goods from depot and fitted that day, but poor service there!
