Highly recommended for their helpfulness and friendliness.
The gentleman who helped me in your Bridgend Industrial Estate went beyond my expectations to help me. I came in with a generator question, having never owned or run one before, and he even went as far as to call the generator manufacturer to ask my questions. He then was able to recommend the products I needed, gave me the names and sku numbers and i felt more than confident that I was ordering exactly what I needed. Once my order came into the branch he called me straight away to say they were in as he knew I needed them quickly.
This was the first time I had shopped at CEF but it won't be my last. Professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. A great experience, thank you.
