Scam scam scam he sent me an email with the cyberpunk code and he took back that email and change the passcode so he could resell to others

I purchased a Black Ops 7 account twice by mistake, although I only needed one.

The reason: during the first purchase via Apple Pay, the payment showed as “denied”, so I tried again. The second payment went through — but in the end I was charged twice and received two accounts.

I am only using one account.
The second account was never activated or used. According to their own policy, unused accounts should be refundable.

Since then, I’ve been chasing customer support for months.
Instead of addressing my actual request for a refund, I only receive copy-paste responses explaining what an account purchase is — which has nothing to do with my question.

I clearly stated multiple times that I want a refund for the second, unused account, but support completely ignores this and sends generic replies with no solution.

This is very frustrating and feels unprofessional.
If refunds are advertised, they should also be honored — especially when the account was never activated.

I cannot recommend this seller due to poor customer support and lack of proper communication.

They selling keys on multiple websites and seems like almost never to respond. While their keys did work most of times, when doesn't work, they seem to don't care and you lose your money.

Absolute scam. Sends you to a website where anti virus blocks it for safety reasons. Their support absolutely does not care about customers and will not answer your concerns or do any refunds no matter. Save your money and stay away.

I purchased Battlefield 6 through G2A from this seller and expected a normal game key. Only after paying I found out it was a third party Steam account. Using such accounts can violate Steam’s Terms of Service, so I never logged in and immediately asked for a refund. The seller refused any help, just repeated that the description was “correct” and took no responsibility for selling something many customers cannot safely use. Very unprofessional and not customer oriented. I will not buy from this seller again and recommend others stay away.

Bought an digital item on g2a as Steam account - instantly asked for refund because I dont need an account and game is not supported with my PC specs. I did not redeemed the code wanted to get it back in same shape. Waiting for response week, and still not answered or refunded...

They will refuse to provide a refund even if you request one immediately without accessing any of the account credentials.

Disgusting scam company, even when I mentioned I haven't seen the username or password for an account I bought, they would not refund, what a disgrace, they have 0 morals, do not buy from them on G2A
