Though the customer service seemed honest and friendly, they were unfortunately not able to track a simple parcel...

My colleagues and I decided to pay for a birthday gift. We found the perfect product which eventually faded away.

My colleague paid 15£ for the express delivry in France choosing DHL, it was the beginning of our troubles. The following days she had to pay 37€ for customs fees, she paid it all because the customer service assured us it would arrive at the appointed time.

It had to be delivered in France the 22th of June... but the tracking never updated itself, that is why we began to call them (that still has a cost from France to the UK). They never change they speech though the day came to pass. We had to call DHL france, and wait for so many calls they had to make.

Eventually, the parcel never arrived and our colleague could not have her gift.

I would not say they are liars or thiefs but all we ask is refund !!! We paid to much for absolutely nothing, do something and stop making us wait.

Pourquoi certifier au client une date de livraison lorsqu'on ne sait même pas où est le colis ?

J'ai payé une livraison express pour 20euros, ainsi que des frais de douane de 37euros pour recevoir ma marchandise avant le 24 juin 2021.

Ce qui bien entendu m'avait été confirmée par téléphone.

La livraison était estimée au 22 juin. A ce jour je ne sais même pas ou est le colis et je ne veux plus entendre parler. Ce que je veux, c'est qu'on me rende mon argent pour des services non tenus et une livraison non effectuée. Le problème c'est que la marque "doit attendre le retour du transporteur pour enquêtes colis", donc est ce qu'un jour je vais revoir mon argent ? Des menteurs et des voleurs.

Been after an authentic cool womens streetwear brand for a while now. Bought some pieces for my girlfriend and she instantly fell in love. The quality is insane and it was quick delivery! 10/10
