My housing association uses these to clean the windowa of my block, i have asked on numerous occasions that they just let us know when they are about to start so that apl windows are shut. Today they attended again and that did not happen so went down and politely requested again to be met with abuse from one of the men doing the windows, to which i said i would report to his office. I reported this first to my housing association who whilst on the phone heard the worker being abusive. I then called ccwc to report this behaviour to be informed that the worker had allreafy reported a different version of event. Very unprofessional.

Update -recieved a call from ccwc today who appologised for the behaviour of their employee and ensured that this will not happen again , really appreciate the call and to see that my review was taken seriously

I had dropped can of paint over brand new patio and tried numerous things to clean but couldn't get it out..done abit of research and found ccwc services spoke to the owner who was brilliant he said he would see what he could do and he would ring me within the hour and to his word he did..they was out within hour and half and all the paint was off half hour later couldn't be happier couldn't fault them from beginning to end..they be the first number I ring if anything occurs in the future..they lovely boys and professional to go with it top notch company with top notch outcomes with their work
