Guy didn't turn up x 3

Guy didn't turn up for the second treatment. They didn't answer any emails but eventually I got them on the phone. Promised to come. Didn't turn up the whole day - no call, no apology. Same thing happened a week later. No call, no apology. Getting my money back and going to Rentokil.

Awful company

Very disappointed and would not recommend to anybody. What they know just to take payment in advance and after they don't care to solve your problems
