Lee and George from CCM Removals arrived on time and were extremely helpful & hard working nothing was too much trouble. All my worldly goods were wrapped and handled with great care. Definitely recommend this company

Moving house is usually stressful, but CCM Supreme Removals made it so much easier than I expected. From the moment they arrived, the team was friendly, polite, and well prepared. They wrapped up the furniture, brought covers for fragile items, and worked quickly without rushing.

One thing I really appreciated was how careful they were with the heavy stuff. They managed to get our big wardrobe down a narrow staircase without a single mark on the walls. Even when it started raining halfway through, they covered everything and kept it all dry.

By the end of the day, instead of being stressed and worn out, we actually felt relaxed and relieved. Everything was in place, nothing damaged, and the whole move just felt… smooth. Honestly, I’d happily call them again if we ever need to move.

Initially told us they would arrive at 1230 to arrive at 1415. All of our property sat on the front waiting to be loaded. Get there and the driver of the van is filming all of our belongings on his phone whilst driving the van. He then gets out and tells us that he is not moving it all unless we pay extra as they are the wrong size boxes. They also spoke in their own language together even though they could talk English, find this very rude. There was also a Tag watch inside a box inside a foot stool which has been stolen and their response was “we wouldn’t do that”.
There was no one else who had access to the watch other than them!
Also, turned up with a van half full!!

In answer to the reply…. The driver told us he would turn up at half 1230 and actually arrived at 1415 which is also outside of the 1400 time frame.
They were not professional at all and the watch was within an ottoman foot stall which your “professional” staff went through.
Yes I am aware the police are in contact and the truth will certainly come out.
It has also taken a week for you to reply to this even though you have been messaging my husband.
You may have laid the protective sheet for the new carpet but that surely is just part of not putting dirty shoes all over a house. Not only this but most of the belongings were refused unless we paid extra, even though a £6000 watch was stolen!

From start to finish,
the entire process was smooth and stress-free.
The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and efficient. They arrived on time, carefully packed up all of my belongings, and made sure everything was safely transported to my new home. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail and how they handled some of my more fragile items with great care.
