CBT West London - Motorcycle Training Recensioni 

A great day with Paul and trainee instructor Geoff. Really good, practical and plain spoken instruction, just what me and my son needed. However, don't underestimate a CBT if, like us, you've never ridden a motorbike before. By the end of the day we were both exhausted! Thanks guys for a great first step on our motorcycling adventure.

Told them in advance I was short and disabled told them the bike I was learning on.
Put me on a bike that was unsuitable I could just about touch the floor.
I managed to ace the teaching part fine despite struggling and kept saying I was because the bike was too big.
I’m 4ft11 disabled and this was put in the extra notes when booking that I needed extra brake throughout the day.
This was ignored.
The other instructor was nice and calm very soothing voice but he disappeared after an hour.
The instructor was rude, derogatory, made fun of people and just all around rude.
Gave everyone else waterproofs but not me.
The result of me being on a bike that was too big caused me to get pinned to the floor with this big bike on top of my leg !!!!!!
After that I was in pain but didn’t realise the severity of my injuries until I got home
Dislocated toe, my foot’s badly bruised and glad I wearing a back protector because I would have easily broken my back.

I didn’t notice how bad it was because of how cold I was.
I told the instructor out on the road I was struggling with the clutch and accelerating and even reaching the indicator because how cold and wet my hands was.

He told my partner he failed me over the speed because I couldn’t go the speed limit ? Pretty hard to go the speed limit when there a cross winds blowing me sideways on a bike I couldn’t control and my hands seeing up. I couldn’t do my safety checks because how unstable I was on the bike.

Also side note telling my helmet isn’t accredited when it one of the most well known brands with a British gold motorsport sticker on the back that I got from a well respected bike shop in Dorset shows you had no idea what you wear talking about.

My and biker partner has been riding for a very long time and he has the same stickers.

And you made everyone feel like crap today kindness and understanding goes a long way I’ll make sure no one goes with this company because everyone today hated the experience.
£225 to be put on innapropriate clapped out motorbikes and to have your answers get responses that were rude!

Didn’t like the jokes about being politically correct and comments about immigrants.

And if your a woman deffo avoid they are highly misogynistic

Had a really good instructor today so friendly and polite puts you at ease learnt so much about bike safety and awareness on the bike located at Walton on Thames

Today I pass my CBT in Walton-up-thems
Because of the good instructors and environment and I'm so happy first I made many mistakes but helped of the instructors finely I get it my CBT certificate and I recommended to everyone.

I had my CBT in Walton-on-Thames. So lucky to have a friendly & knowledgeable instructor who was able to help me understand my mistakes & get me one step closer to being on the road.

I done my cbt for a manual motorcycle and have passed due to Ralf helping me, explaining everything in detail and giving me demonstrations which were broken down and explained thouroughly, great experience!

I was completed my CBT on 10/11/2024 with my instructor is Mr Claudio . Hello is really good instructor and he was great explaining and good teaching and be a very friendly person.

I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent CBT test, which took place on 29th October in West London with Mr. Riaz as the instructor.

During the test, there was an unfortunate incident where the communication device disconnected, and we lost contact with each other. I waited by the roadside, but we did not reunite, so I eventually returned to the test center. I believe this disrupted the test process and led to my failure through no fault of my own.

Additionally, I felt that Mr. Riaz’s behavior throughout the day was unprofessional. He displayed a dismissive attitude and was not as supportive as I had expected, especially given that friends of mine who trained with Mr. Paul have had positive experiences and completed their tests smoothly in about five hours.

Given the communication failure and my negative experience, I respectfully request a full refund for the test. I hope that CBT West London takes this issue seriously.

West London Motorcycle Training School is a fantastic place to be and to learn how to ride a scooters and motorcycles. Claudiu and Riaz are absolute professionals. They are friendly, understanding and helpful instructors. I will definitely come back to them when ready to pass my full A licence.

It’s ridiculous poor service. I had booked in White City training centre unfortunately they were changed another training centre in Wembley without noticed me, I were attended White City the one I booked but it was changed in Wembley and they said I need to pay to booking new date. It’s kind of legal scamming website

Had a great experience with CBT London. My instructor was Paul and he made the whole experience even. He precisely educated and made aware all things to look for before hitting the road. He shared valuable tips and precautions which helped us manure the streets with ease, confidence and safely.

I received my CBT training on 4th of October, My trainer, "Riaz" taught me all the aspects of theory and practical training.
I had a great time, it was a great overall experience.

CBT West London was a great experience. They meet each prospective rider at their relative levels and explain things in easy to understand ways, demonstrating skills and manoeuvres and ensuring each rider is able to learn. They tailor their teaching in personal ways, and they are friendly and knowledgeable.

My experience was great as a first rider and never been on a Motorcycle before. Razi was really good and understanding of How I take things in

You can’t get any better will come back in two years for bigger and better things

Had my CBT with Riaz and…. I LOVED it . Excellent approach, friendly, passionate about it and the entire day was great. I feel confident to go on the road and wished I had booked it sooner with them. Cannot recommend enough and many thanks for such a good training day!

I recently completed the CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) course for motorcycling in the West London, and I can confidently say that it's the best motorcycle training I've experienced. If you're looking to start riding on two wheels, this course is a must and comes highly recommended.
