CB Services Group Recensioni

Speedy and very efficient response! Couldn’t rate more highly and the workmen left the kitchen immaculate. Highly recommend.

Good price and work done as agreed

A very positive experience with my new radiators & gas boiler fitting. A quick & very competitive quote with good advice & all my questions answered. The installation was painless! Very little noise made & clean & tidy. Friendly, polite team - highly recommended

Really great experience. The engineers provided me with all the information I needed and successfully worked around the challenges caused by the structure of my flat, finishing the boiler replacement within the expected time frame even when unexpected things came up. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with my new boiler install this week! Spoke with Martin over the phone on the Friday; he was professional and knowledgeable. For the first time I felt reassured that I was not simply speaking with a salesman and at no point did I feel under any pressure. He explained everything fully and simplified the whole process. I was quoted what I felt was a really reasonable price for a high spec boiler which included a follow-up service plan. The install was booked in for the following Monday which was much sooner than anyone other company I had been in touch with were able to do it. The engineer arrived within the specified 2 hour window and he done a really great job. He was very conscientious about ensuring there was no mess at all in my home, and removed the old boiler as well as all rubbish out of the house which is awaiting collection. All in all a pleasure to deal with and will be recommending CB Plumbing and heating services to anyone in need of such a service in the future!

Was contacted by cb plumbing after our boiler was beyond repair and filled out an online boiler questionnaire. Calvin came out the same evening and explained everything clearly. We then arranged fitting and Liam arrived first thing and was finished around 4pm. Also used their finance company which helped us massively.

From sales to getting new boiler installed was fantastic, full replacement boiler fitted by Liam who new what he was doing, went through everything with us from start to finish even put new washers on 2 of my radiators which were leaking.
Place left all clean & tidy, help setting up Hive for my phone.
Price was great & everything went to plan as Calvin said it would
Fantastic work from all would definitely recommend them.
Great job guys keep doing what youse do.

CB were great from start to finish. Arrived first thing and had the boiler in by late lunch. Boiler needed manufacturer to sort a fault, they arrived next morning and boiler was commissioned by the afternoon, all sorted by CB. Friendly and professional! Highly recommend!

CD plumbing where easy to deal with
From start to finish all question answered and best of all completed and ran through controls in a day .
Delighted with my purchase thanks guys so much

Outstanding value combined with efficiency and clear communication.
Quotation provided by engineer - be careful of salesmen who have limited technical knowledge trying to pressure you into buying an inappropriate and expensive system.
Punctual with completion on time, tidy and courteous.
Highly recommended

I generally don’t leave reviews but feel compelled to do so because the service from CB Plumbing was phenomenal. Firstly, from sales to engineers everyone was knowledgeable and super friendly, they answered every question I had and explained the works throughly. Also worth mentioning they’re competitively priced for the level of service you receive. I needed a full boiler replacement and the sales team talked me through all the options available and what would work best in my house. I received a courtesy call the next day to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. Which I absolutely was, the engineer was fab, prompt and efficient and explained my new boiler system to me. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Excellent company, would highly recommend them for boiler instilation.
Friendly and professional staff from the beginning until completion of the job.

CB Plumbing were great. A really positive and seamless boiler replacement at a fair price. The engineer Calvin was professional and had a wealth of knowledge of the boiler. The job was done quickly and we're really happy with the results.

Would highly recommended CB Plumbing & Heating.

A five star service from start to finish.
A salesman came around and gave me all the options. This was a big difference the others just came around and looked at the boiler and gave me a price they all seemed in a rush to get to the next job.
The work was done well and quicker than expected
I would like to say thanks

Great service from the start very swift from estimation to installation. The work done to a very high standard. A very happy with the product

I’ve had 2 boiler installations from this company, in 2 separate properties. Both installations were progressed professionally on time and without incident. They are good. And helpful. And like to leave a good impression of themselves and the work they carry out. I value their advice and recommend their workmanship and attitude. If they continue like this, they will do very well.

Work was neat
Conrols Well explained
